    And now... who you are?

    If you don't follow the rules, you're not part of the system. If you are not part of the system, you speak another language. If you speak another language, the system will not understand you.

    So, what you will do now?

    You can stay inside and be forever blind.
    Knowing what it wants you to know.
    Thinking what it wants you to think.
    Eating what it wants you to eat.
    Living your life with the illusion of freedom while you travel on the nice prebuilt track that it built up for you.

    Or you can break out.

    But at that point you are alone.
    You are no more part of it.
    You have no influence, you can't do anything to change any single thing.


    Everything is so easy nowadays... you don't need to choose what you want to dress, because ads tell you what you want to dress.

    You don't need to care about your children, because it will be surely someone else (school, friends, whatever) that will take care of them.

    You don't need to have an opinion of yours, because you can find a lots of them prebuilt for you on TV, newspaper, friends or whatever.

    The truth is that you don't need to think... because it's too diffcult, and there is someone else that does it for you.
    And does it well.

    And geez... why I should lose my time on making my personal opinion on this stuff?? I mean, it's COOL!!! Everybody says it!!!

    So it becomes true, just because everyone says it.

    Bullshits.

    Information IS power.
    And it's used against you, every single day.

    Gambitt, pal... you're right: advertising is evil. But I will add something more: the system is evil.

    For everyone of you who were scared that I disappeared in the void (you liked that, you skunks uh? :P), I am still here.
    Still with a lot of work to do.

    Still with something to say.

    Not that much, really. Just a few words... clouds of thoughts wandering into my mind.

    I like this place. I mean... I like this site. It's full of nice people, and I am glad to be part of this community. It's really a good place where to share common passions and interests.

    The ideas for a new video are coming and going like waves on the seashore.
    I don't know if I will never be able to give them a definite shape in the form of an AMV. But I would try, that's for sure.

    Just before closing with my ramblings, a little service message: Cristina's new Berserk video should be *really* on its way for premiering this time. Please check it out when it will be out, because it will really kick you low in the stomach.

  • We are the all singing all dancing crap of the world 2001-11-10 12:20:08 It's nice to see lotsa of people happy around this site. Especially when, like today, I am really flatlined...
    You know the feeling when you have finally some free time, that you expected so much, and now that you can do whatever you wanted to do you're sick of everything and want only sleep and sleep and sleep until the end of the world?

    I'll probably go out and walk and run and crawl until my legs will become jelly, and my breath will be a unique cloud of vapor and my head will be free of any thought.

    And the I'll lay on my back and watch the stars
    And I will drink rain, and eat snow

    If I'll have wings, I shall fly
    If I'll have arms, I shall fight
    If I'll have legs, I shall run away

    Complete nonsense, superior lack of self consciousness... stupid talking, mind blowing.

    I'd better go and take that walk...
