This week is a completely suck-ass week. I am taking the next week off for a reason that I think it is justified (did I told you I am getting married?) so my boss correctly thought to throw upon me all the work for this week and the NEXT one. Just in case.
What a lovely son of a b**ch :)
Anyway... I am still in the first 30 seconds of my current AMV project and I haven't started the real music YET. I got this idea about the intro and I really like it, but I have to go necessarly with some Photoshop frame-by-frame editing and I haven't the time to sit down in front of that by now.
So why I don't just go forward and get back to the intro later on? That's a good question... it's probably just because I can't leave something behind that I feel incomplete.
Very stupid indeed, but (unfortunately) I am like that.
Ok, let's stop the stupid rambling and pass to some "service messages" now.
AD: I've dowloaded your last mp3 and find it... I don't know. Something in between disturbing and fascinating. Surely it has to be a great experience to feel this stuff live.
jbone: you! Evil-in-a-box(TM)!! You don't even bother to reply to one of my finest review EVER! I'll let this go just because I was a little late with it (couple of months? :p). Keep on kickin' anyway ;)

Forgive the lame-ass linken crap thingy, but you're a smart guy. I like you, your works and the way you think. You know, we all have our bad moments... but the good thing about moments is that they are just that: moments. Sooner or later they will "fly by as the pendolum swings" (ok, now you can officialy kill me :p)
Cannot explain myself better without falling into cheap philosopy sorry... just hope that's another april's fool buddy.

FAQ the damn world...

I know that I am probably getting toasted myself with this FAQ thingy, but lately the amount of questions is really increased above the limit.
And I mean the same friggin' questions everytime.
I know that is not the newbie's fault, since he's new and blank like the blankest sheet of paper... but I think we have to teach the new guys how to be smart.
The answers are all out there. If we know something is just because (for the most part) we figured out by ourselves, so why can't they do the same thing? Why you should bitch the forums to ask "where are the links to the videos" when there is a search button right there if you only bother to look at the page?
Geez... it's probably only lack of sleep.

Or, Thank God It's Friday... so I can try to put some work on the shitty video that is sitting in my hard drive for too long.

About that video idea, I've done some "visualization" and I'll try to do a small experiment this night just to give you the feeling of what I have in mind. However, if we are gonna do this thing I think that we should go by the book this time (which book is the question :p). I mean, we script the thing down before we start because it would be very hard to approach this kind of project without some planning.
I don't know how do you work usually, but in general when I make an AMV I start with an approximate idea of I want to do, and then I adjust and add things during editing (this is probably why my videos suck :p)
About the music it should probably be a mixed bag of everything: from linkin crap (can't miss that one hehe), to funny/weird stuff. The hardest part would probably be to find the "main character": we need someone that is very often in front of a computer (can't think about any anime right now).
Anyway... I'll keep you updated with my latest ideas to see if it is feasible to work this thing out... -
