  • Another day, same shit 2002-05-16 17:23:38 Damn if I am tired today. And the nice thing is that I completely don't know why... maybe it's just that I am not getting enough sleep :/

    I am also tired to fight against the stupid windoze APIs for the print spooler, but I am more than sure that you don't want to hear my programmer's rants again.

    Yesterday I played a little bit more with my video and added a bit of lip synch at the beginning. Probably it will look pretty lame, but my original idea was to insert it so... oh well >_<

    You know, the more I go into AMV production the more I think I am a "gimmick" creator.

    Bah, I just wanna go home and sleep...

  • Aaahh... that sucks 2002-05-14 13:35:09 Yesterday was a pretty bad day. The rain just monkey-wrenched my monday evening soccer game, the cable guy didn't show up to enable the friggin' cable outlets and I had no inspiration to sit down and work on my video.
    Bored, I played a little Metal Slug 3 but they beaten the crap out of me...

    ... geez

    Today it started somehow good instead: I solved the issues I had with my friggin' COM component and the company was going to buy pizza for everyone (yum!).
    Well, turns out that pizza is only for tech support guys who are attending a training class with one of our engineers from Czech Republic... man, I _hate_ this company. Engineers are considered probably at the same level of the cleaning guys >_<

    Oh well... I don't know why in these times I always end up whining for something. At least, since the weather is supposed to be good, tomorrow I can play soccer. If anyone is from Mansfield/Foxboro/Attleboro (Mass) area and wants to join up just drop me a line at suteneko@libero.it, ok?

    And so I'm done also with my advertisement.

    And I skipped lunch.

    Again.

  • Chatting and thinking 2002-05-11 17:47:02 I've been discussing with Ian (AbsoluteDestiny) yesterday about an eventual collaboration on an AMV project. As he said in his journal the base idea is cool, but we need something to give more meaning to one thing that would be pure visuals instead.

    Anyway I would really like if we could come out with this collaboration thing... the few times I've talked to him quite a number of good ideas came out. Ah, the nice thing in working with someone who knows well music and anime (as opposite of me :p)

    My Reverse Madness remastering is now in good shape: I have already sent Ian a "beta" copy to have his impressions. I still need to put the titles (much a la "Fight Club" :D) and do a little of post production with AE. Man, After Effects is sooo cool: it will definitively be a key factor in our collaboration video (hint hint... :p)

    Alright, gotta leave now.

  • aaaaaaaaaaaiii..... suuuuuuuuuck 2002-05-09 18:58:26 Yeah... I've spent the past hour to fix our video descriptions: english and formatting were horrible ^^;

    I think that there are still many "grammatical horrors"... but I hope that no one would mind (if you have corrections jbone, feel free to email me at suteneko@libero.it :p)

    Well... I better get out of this place...
