JOURNAL: Amizadai (Lee Amizadai )

  • Lynch Murphy 2002-01-10 02:00:02 Aaargh! My NLE system's got a virus! *cue wailing and gnashing of teeth*. I just knew 2 months was way too long for the computer to operate without problems. I'm probably going to have to wipe out the harddisk and reinstall the OS and ALL the drivers. I'd have no complaints if it weren't for the fact that MY FIRST ATTEMPTED AMV IS IN THERE! *howl*

I am thinking of sending it to the workshop to see if they can salvage my files - back them up or something. And while I'm at it, I might as well ask them to take a look at my BIOS, which has been kinda screwy these days, and fix my A drive. And since RAM is so cheap these days, I might as well get a couple of chips! Whee! I feel loads better now. Except when I think of the money I'm going to have to throw at the system to salvage my files... Aaargh!

    *think of Ram* Whee!

*think of money and trouble* Aaargh!

    *think of Ram* Whee!

  • Triangle Man hates Person Man! 2002-01-07 13:17:18 I've been watching Key Metal Idol AMVs . I'm quite intrigued. It looks pretty good, plot-wise. The art isn't fantastic, but then some anime have not-so-great art, but fantastic storylines or character development. Trigun is one such anime. First time I saw it, I have to admit I was rather put off. But the characters were so funny and endearing that I got over the lackluster art. I wonder if it's a movie or a series. I've done a search on Kazaa, but no luck. Nobody seems to have it available for download. Hm, maybe I should try Hotline.

I just watched Duane Johnson's Particle Man DBZ video. Man, it's hilarious! I better go leave a comment soon.

I've taken a break from my Nausicaa video... looks like I may have to dedicate some time to Photoshopping to do what I want achieve for the video. I don't know if I will be able to pull it off... argh, I just hope I don't demoralise myself with my bad art. But I've promised myself that this video WILL SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY, even if it takes me a year to do it! There are too many things I've left half-done. This will not be one of them!

Oh darn. I think that's a New Year's resolution. Gah, I hope I haven't jinxed this video already.

  • Escaflowne movie 2002-01-04 23:05:32 I just went to check out the Apple Trailer website, and I saw a trailer for the dubbed version of Escaflowne! First time I've seen an anime trailer there... looks like anime is starting to move into the mainstream. I guess that's a good thing but I kinda feel... jealous? I don't know. If too many people like anime, I won't be unique anymore! Aaargh! *tantrum*

Anyway, go check out the movie page... the flash version has got feathers drifting all over it. Nice detail. Ooh, and if you wait long enough for the page to finish loading, "Yubiwa" plays in the background.
