...that was just dumb as hell... i type in the title of my next journal entry and press enter... SHEAR BRILLIANCE AT IT'S MOST LUMINANT!!
anyways, i was GONNA say that i'm closer to being done with my Blood video
i only have two black spots left in my video, but they total about 40 seconds, so it's not many, but the time adds up, but it's not as bad as it could be
i'm starting to get the hang more and more of clip selection, i find myself taking more and more of the film into consideration, making sure to have the right emotions/mood displayed in the video to compliment the audio
so i guess you could say i'm getting better, not saying i'm GOOD, just saying i'm BETTER than where i was at when i created my last video
for a long time i called them practice videos, cause that's what they were, but that's no excuse for them to suck, lol, either way, this video COULD be considered a PRACTICE video too because of the fact that it's the 1st video i've done with Adobe Premiere, but since i'm actually putting effort into it, i won't consider it PRACTICE, even though this is the kind of practice i SHOULD have done
the next time i post, i'll be either DONE with editing the video and have already uploaded it to the Donut, or i'll be at the encoding step... shouldn't take more than 2 weeks to finish up, probably will be done in about 1 week, but you never know what might come up - oooooo, getting closer 2004-04-22 00:20:14

lol, i'm doing this entry because a friend of mine made an entree in HIS journal that says how much he HATES her! i'm evil ^_^
well, the problem my friend had was with Arigatomyna and how she makes so many Yaoi (homosexual... possibly pertaining exclusively to males) videos
it's gotten to the point that my friend hates ALL her videos because of that... yes it's dumb, but that's his logic so meh...
well you know what?
I LIKE how Ari- uses an original concept like gays and makes a video with it, it's no different than making a romance video, the only difference is that instead of the characters being of opposite, they're simply the SAME sex... THAT'S ALL, LOL. but some people like to make a big wussy deal outta it and say OMG IT'S GAYYYYY!!

if it bothers you, well like anything else, just stay away from it, it's no reason to hate someone and wish coal in their stockings on X-mas >_<
PS- Arigatomyna also is a great almost celebrity that is always open minded to watching (and making) AMVs that contain not-so common themes, also she's a good OPer (opinion giver)

as i planned out, i actually did edit yesterday on my blood video
to tell you the truth, i really WASN'T gonna edit because... i just wasn't going to, heh heh. but you know what? because i did do that journal entry on here, so that's the only thing that made me put the effort to edit
i got about roughly 3 straight minutes edited in the video and some spots afterwards
i also edited the song down, at the end (limp bizkt - boiler.. don't ask) it's really long and drawn out so i took out a good chunk, i don't think it's too noticable, but i don't have a lot of experience with audio editing so meh.. i'll show it to a friend and see if they notice ô_< -

i should edit some more sometime soon, i haven't done anymore work on my blood video besides some work during the chorus's and some verses, it's maybe 33% done
i have this thursday the 15th off, so hopefully i'll get my ass in gear and do something for a change
maybe the reason i'm not editing is because of women... i consider myself to be a nice guy, and they say that nice guys finish last... but they never said anything about multiple women >_< D'oh!
it's really really odd, when you think about it, no one in their right mind would WANT to be with more than ONE woman, one is enough to keep a man busy, but it's really odd how i got myself in this situation where i'm wild about one girl that i've known for a good 2+ years.. but then i meet this other girl who i get along with even better and what's more, she's moving away so i might never see her again!
...it's really a cruel joke, here i am, personally i consider myself to be an average person at best, sure it's flattering when people notice you, but when people just start coming into ur life... it's hard to balance out everything
if ANYTHING, i almost hope that the girl that is moving away just comes out and tells me that she met this other guy and he's totally into him, as much as it would damage my little ego considering how lovey-dovey we act during class, it would definately put things in perspective and there would be no question as to who i would choose to be with (assuming they'd take me) but even if i chose the first girl... it's really hard to back away from the 2nd girl when she's rubbing ur leg *_*
