yeah I'm gonna wait on mp4 for a while (thanks to Katie's advice) because if something goes wrong then sensei and I can troubleshoot it later :/ Also he's been reading Z-man's beta guide of stuff to see if any of it works. He says some of the new filters kick ass but I haven't tried anything myself yet. I kinda just learn from the master LOL. :P
so you guys are just gonna have to do with the X Vid version. It wasn't horribly large anyway. Plus I am still learning...I just had to learn right when the switch was beginning. But since it is still a WIP, people really shouldn't complain to me that I'm still using X Vid (I just learned encoding with it dammit give me a break -_-;) Plus this video is for ONE PERSON. Well techically two if I count myself.
I actually had fun editing this :P
There were some errors that I encountered in the first encoding that I had in the scrapped dub. The video renders fine...but there are times were the video is BLANK...it's usually when I have more than 4 layers of video :/
so I'm taking the easy way out: Just having two layers: The first being the original video, the second replacing the blank parts with the right footage :P I'm just happy it didn't do what INOAS did to me and off sync the audio -_-' I had a hell of a time resyncing that audio and it still didn't work.
I'm just hoping this works the second time around. I usually don't do that much at once (blame the masking -_-) damn, I wonder what something like Euphoria would look like after it ran through Vegas? The whole thing would probably be blank! XD XD XD XD XD
Btw....after a long time...I finally edited a WTF Vid again. I HAVE to play by my strenghts after all :P I made a vid just for one person before. It was for Katie (that AMV haunted me in my b-day vid) But I'll see how this turns out. I'll upload this today just in case my comp wants to fuck up and won't upload tomorrow for some odd reason.
Yeah plus my comp uploads slow as hell. But lately it's going faster than my download speed o.O

good news: the vid is encoding as we speak o.O I'm doing the X Vid version right now. I'm thinking of doing an mp4 version as well....only problem is teh double hosting :/ I just hope the X Vid version will upload to another site for the people that aren't quite up to snuff with mp4. But since everyone is moving to mp4 I might as well learn the encoding.
Only problem is I haven't tried encoding a vid with that codec before (I just managed to learn X Vid o.O) But I don't think it will be a problem. Worst comes to worst there will only be X Vid avaiable. I just hope people don't start complaining LOL ^^;
But once it's done, I'm off to bed -_-' -

I saw Epic Movie...it made me think WTF all the way through. if you want to see one WTF movie this year make it Epic Movie. Actually I was kinda disappointed. The premise was good but the execution was poor. But then again...it's the kind of movie that's so stupid that it gets stuck in your head and you watch it with your buddies and laugh about how stupid it was. So maybe it was good in a very bizarre way?

Damn, I edited at least two minutes yesterday and I did freakin' masking too o.O I think I finally got that spark back, or at least it's here temporary ^^; there's gonna be a BIT of non-anime, but it's not too much so I'm gonna go ahead and post it here :P No more details other than that XD but guess what?
