  • 2007-03-27 22:44:11 I was sore too Camillia when I first started my resistence training class, but I hardly get sore anymore (and I lift a lot more weigh than I did when I first started) You kinda get sore because you're not used to stretching those muscles yet, but if you do it for a couple of weeks you don't get as sore. and after a while you can do a lot harder when you first started. You can do it *^_^* just don't drink and pilate. :P
