But...I have really bad news everyone. The baby finch just died. It's so weird, I just put it in with it's parents, and an hour later I checked to see if it flipped over. It's been doing that for two weeks, so i just think, 'oh, lemme go and flip you over' So I go to flip it over...nothing....I tried petting it and blowing on it (it liked that for some reason cuz it always peeped happily) and nothin.' It's eyes were wide opened and not breathing...
So I put it in a container and I think we're gonna go bury it. But at least I gave it a couple more days to live. Plus...that's life...and sooner or later that will be our inevitable fate. And the baby is in the better place or back as a house cat or something. You never know. But at least we tried. My friend's dog died and they didn't even bury it! They just threw it in the dumpster! And they had plenty of room to bury it in the backyard. It was so bogus. At least we have respect enough to bury it. Oh well... -
