bascially it's to make the worst 60 second or less video in under 2 hours. You can just put random clips in with a song for all he cares. It's bascially like the Short Attention Span Contest...but instead of making a good short you make a bad one.
I'm doing a YGO one, but I also want to do a Dokuro-chan one....but I dunno if you are allowed more than one yet o.0
btw, I'm syncing YGO to the Oompa Loompa song. That should be horrible enough XD
