Okay, the final render is good to go. I got 11Gig down to 381MB without it looking crappy. Only problem is that it's a wmv. render. But oh well, I just don't feel like re-rendering it for a fourth time. Plus it goes with the whole WTF theme....a wmv render is pretty WTF in the first place.
bwa...I'm feeling a bit bad today. But mostly just lazy. I consider the MEP done. There are a few places were I forgot to put in the channel changing effect and one intro pic runs longer than most but I don't feel like fixing them either. Sorry I get bored of things too easily and it looks good the way it is to be honest with you.

so today I can finally start working on some other things. I have to start on Operation Introduction since the deadline is soon. I got my Pharaoh's Memory Arc footage ready to go with the Japanese YGO theme. If I finish early, I'll work on Pharaoh of the Opera. I have tomorrow off so I'll be able to edit a lot of things. Wow...that's the first time dokidoki address me without telling me off for doing naughty things. I think I just had a fangirl moment (well it was more after I read it in his journal than right at the moment) But at least he was a good sport about some things like my alter ego account.

But anyway, if a video ever deserved a VCA vote, it should go to his video, 'Stop watching anime and go outside.'
I think we NEED to prove that this damn VCA is rigged. There needs to be a more organized way of voting for this thing. Like have different categories for different skill levels so that some more unknown people can get an award.
Like have an amateur section, middle section, experienced section, and experts section. Or something. And have a 'best use of a program' category because there are some awesome WMM videos that would never get any attention unless there was a category like that.
And also make it so that one person can get only one or two awards because I remember that the same person won five different categories. How is that fair to other people that also made awesome videos in that category?
And when you vote for a category, there should be a separate section for MEP's Like best comedy MEP, best action MEP, ect. Instead of just having ONE place for MEP's and only having one MEP win. How is THAT fair? I really would like to see DTSEM win something.
There should also be more options for individual members. Like more than just most helpful member or most improved member. There should be more offbrances of that as well, and when the voting comes along, I'll do my best to try to suggest these.

I'm happy to report that despite the drama in the forum I was able to clean things up and I will be able to do the final render tonight. I'll try to compress the damn thing. I really have to wonder how Godix got 16 gig down to 187 MB.
Mine's about 11 gig, and the smallest I can get is about 200...and that's a wmv render. Nobody wants that >( Or maybe I can render it that way and then convert it to avi. But Vegas was being a bitch and wouldn't give me a good render in avi.

This is what I get for not going to church at my college :/ But who goes to church anyway? Church is boring, and plus it deviates from what Jesus said in the first place because the church is a man-made institution and thus will want to run things their way and not His.

But enough about that. As for Pharaoh of the Opera, I'm going to have to postpone that video for a while. And it was a pity because I was going to work on it after I was done compressing (I was halfway through the first render when Vegas was being nice and compressing with avi) but then right in the middle of it the drama happened and I had to cancel and put off what I was going to do.
Anyway, I have to put it off for a while anyway because I think I swamped myself in MEP's (not including my own)

I've been neglecting this journal again, but I really only have time for it at college when I have nothing better to do. And even then, most of the time I have nothing to say. It would be those stupid things like "I'm hungry" that nobody cares about.
Not that anyone cares about this crap, but what else can I say?
UGH...cranky.....I blame my new alarm clock for that. Don't wake me up dammit :P
