Whoo-hoo! Found out today i'm goin' to Victoria University in Sunbury next year to study music industry (Technical production). I guess i'm not as excited as i should be cause it hasn't sunk in yet (although i''ve been stressing about it for a while.)
I'll be doing some more to my Fullmetal alchemist AMV, but i'm just waiting for some FMA DVD's i got from the madman $10 sale. Then i'll have some more material to work with. -

Last night i got the fantastic idea of formatting my main drive (no i didn't delete the wrong drive this time) and reinstall windows only to try and see if that would stop my protools system from lagging heaps.
Hours later there was very pissed-off me and a computer just seconds away from meeting its maker. Damn microsoft...i want an Apple Macbook!! (Donations can be sent to PO Box.....:) )
My Nymphetamine video is slowly making progress. Slowly. I'll finish it...i promise. -

I've started work a new full-length AMV. The anime is Fullmetal Alchemist and the song is Cradle Of Filth's 'Nymphetamine.' So far its turning out pretty damn well.
Also got the box set of 'Please Twins' after a win at a pokie machine. So far i like it.

So i've gotten hooked on a few new shows. Firstly The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and Ouran High School Host Club. Hopfully cause these shows are already popular among the fans both shows will be licenced soon. Also got the new weird al album which is fast becoming a classic...might make a AMV out of one of his new songs soon.
Speaking of AMV's i'm working on a short 'gag' AMV which i'll have up soon, so keep an eye on me. -
Hello and manifest

Hi everyone, sorry its been a while (8 months..wow) since i've updated my page on here, but here i am.
So, good news, Manifest 2006 was awesome. I entered 2 AMV's i had been working and one got played. Having only seen a handfull for AMV's beforehand I must say I was extremly impressed (and jealous) of everyone elses work. I can tell you thats got me inspired again and having finally got broadband, I can get a few fore AMV's to watch and hopfully get a few ideas to do a bit better on my own stuff.
So, soon i'll put up the 2 videos i entered at manifest. The one that was shown was called 'Motley Days' using the midori days anime and the song 'Bitter Pill' by Motley Crue. The one that didn't get shown (I kinda wished it had, cause its the one im most proud of) was 'Archetype Of Haibane' with the song 'Archetype' by fear Factory, who incidentally played an excellent show in melbourne the sunday before manifest, and the show 'Haibane Renmei'. I'm guessing this wasn't played caused I mostly used the last episode from the series, so needless to say it coontains a major spoiler.
I'm sticking with this AMV making thing this time, I'm hoping to practice and do better, so stay tuned. :)
