- WHat the hell was i on?? 2007-06-04 08:55:52 I'm working on a new major amv at the moment...but i had an idea tonight that i just had to put in AMV form! I've finished a rough copy (yeah, okay, using less than dependable sources, but its haruhi, and i dont have any footage besides fansubs, but as soon as i get the dvd, i'm thinking of entering it for the manifest comp) and..well..i'll put it up for a test screening soon. *evil laugh*

11 days till uni...holy crap.... - 2007-01-31 07:52:45 Wow....the nickelback/somedays dreamers AMV didn't take that long......It looks kinda cool, too. I guess i had more ideas with that than i do with the cradle project. And now i've downloaded the full nickelback album off itunes....*pauses to burn onto CD*...sorry, I'll polish my new AMV up a bit and stick it on here soon for the world to see and laugh...or cry...or shake their heads and wonder what the hell i'd been on when i made it.

Yup...i know....its been 4-5 months and i haven't finished my Cradle/Fullmetal video. Its because of a few things - time, the fact that im starting uni soon (yeah thats no excuse) but also coming up with ideas cause i kinda wanna make more special. At the moment thes sort of a connection with the first chorus and maes hughes...well FMA fans know what happened to him.
So while i was thinking about that, i also came up with an idea for the new nickelback single 'If everyone cared.' I was gonna do 'The place promised' and 'Far Away' but my copy wont agree with DVD Decrypter, but i noticed theres not many AMV's featuring "Somedays Dreamers' so i might try somthing with that. I'm also trying to figure out how do do AMV's on my mac, but i can't seem to convert the VOB's to something editable on imovie (without paying for a program). If anymac heads out there have any tips it would be appreciated.
*sigh* Work again tomorrow. Wish me luck with the nickelback video. And also if you live in oz have a listen to my fave comic Tony Martin on Triple M at 11am...not a bad show. I'm really quite impressed by it. Its mainly for my music course but i reckon im gonna have a crack at making amv's with it. As soon as i get my footing with my new toy i'll start work on a new amv...swear!!
