when i look outside, all i can see is snow, snow and more snow =/, we got hit by a winterstorm pretty bad..... it took me 1.5 hrs to shovel today ><... at least a nice person who was driving one of the ploughs saw me fighting the snow barrier caused by the ploughs and decided to help me out by ramming his plough into the snow barrier. He missed the driveway and hit the lawn, but its the thought that counts ;)
at least exams are over =DDD, i can finally relax a bit more and start on that mep section that I really should start =O -

In the school world:
Studying distractions at their best again yesterday XD. We got together to study in a vacant class room, and one of my friends brought his xbox 360 and hooked it up to the school's expensive projector (are we even allowed to do this, I dunno XD). But ZOMG, Halo 3 looked awesome projected so large and was such good quality! I've always wanted to play Halo 3 and it was pretty fun :))... So yeah there went a few hours until a tutorial started and kicked us out... but the ppl in the tutorial were very interested in what we did and they were considering doing it too another time o.o, we're so ruining other ppls exam studying times other than our own XD. -and the journey continued to the next class room-.... where we studied for about 2 hours and figured that the stuff was pretty easy (it really was, the exam was almost a joke today o.o) and then we decided to play a multiplayer game on our laptops =P (we are so easily distracted, we're such bad students ;P)... and that wasn't the end.... later that day we decided that Halo 3 on the big screen was just too awesome so we headed back to the room, which was empty by now and projected it again and played/watched the awesomeness of a big screen :). Now some of my friends are planning to buy a high quality projector o.0
we're so doing this again at the end of the term =D -

Went to study with friends today.... sooo many distractions o.o, it's amazing what youtube and nicovideo(japanese youtube) things my friends can find =/

took away some study time instantly =P. Apparently the video was made with a program called Vocaloid, which is a program that can make sounds. Sounds like neat stuff, no pun intended. Anyway, the video, or rather, sound mix, was rather well made using many animes and other things as well. This brought my friend to start searching up so many things with vocaloid on nicovideo... he ended up finding some video that a person changed all the sounds in a megaman game into vocaloid voice sounds... so that means ALL sounds, like background music, shooting sounds and the lot o.o. That song got drilled in pretty well since we were studying with that running the whole time.
Then he finds a megaman spin off game featuring the vocaloid character in place of megaman. Now, I'm not a gamer type of person, but the fact that the vocaloid person used a green onion rather than a sword like megaman does was just complete win for me, i HAD to play it ^o^. (the game itself was made pretty well, although I was no good at it)
The final distraction was a video about some new game for the nintendo DS called abacus DS. The person who made the video had set the difficulty to hardest, which meant that the voice from the DS was rapidly saying japanese numbers one after another (user is supposed to add up all the numbers o.o). The fact that the voice was so monotone and so fast was pure lolz for us, we couldn't stop laughing for so long XD. One of my other friends went to get the game, since he said he wanted to remix it XDDD.
Well, despite what it sounds, we actually got a lot of studying done =P, I wonder what tomorow will bring XD -

lab exam tomorow..... and we are allowed to bring anything we want =D. I know a lot of people are gonna bring their desktops to the exam o.o, gonna be quite a sight...
circuits prof again is breaking our spirits by showing us a sample problem which is like wayyy to complicated for us and saying that this was a problem that should have been nothing new to us. I dunno if he's trying to strike war against our class, ever since that midterm the class has been giving him a bit of a hard time during lectures... especially after he took 15 min to 'teach' us how to use a Table of Contents =/.
