Yeah I'm old. It's like 2003 and I wasn't even 18 than!! like 23 o.0 just a young dork ~_~.
Anyway I forgot! I d/led another 03ish anime I missed, Sokyuu No Fafnir Death and Rebirth... I mean, Left of Right. I distinctly remember calling this and/ or Rahxephone's movie Death and Rebirth (relating to Evangelion D&R, a rehash of the entire TV series in 90-minute anime form). Fafnir, like Rahx, is ALWAYS related to Eva... there are some similarities ^_^. I knew about this movie, I even knew how it went! I just never watched it till now ^^ damn I was picky before ~~.
Anyway one simple similarity I must go over, that you NEVER see anymore, is that virtually EVERYBODY dies! And not just- up they die and their legacy lives on, nope, they just die. Big dramatic death and kaput. Used to happen ALL THE TIME in anime, now it NEVER happens, why is that? I bring this up because... I couldn't sleep ^_^ well anyway that's because I was trying to think WHY this was bothering me so much... it's like anime hasn't had a dramatic moment... since it got flooded with 4h and harem crap... if you think Clannad is dramatic, boy, you aint seen nothing yet. I'm looking at you Hasteroth.
