lol I remember my first ink jet that ran on freaking $25 cartridges. Now when I shop for printers I look at how much the ink cartridges cost... not just refills, but how much they cost NEW... I'm not interested in saving the planet ^_^ lol. Anyway you might wanna look into getting yourself a Cannon, Laur. The Cartridges usually cost like 10-15 bucks sometimes less. OFC they sell it in separate colors and shit so buying anything but black could end up more expensive. As a gfx designer I assume you use your color 'ribbon' (I am SO dot matrix xD) a lot, but... still just replacing the yellow when you need more yellow can save some doh, and... help preserve the earth *_* not that I care lol.
also maybe you just gotta calibrate your printer *_* (most of them do this automatically... but maybe you forgot?)
