  • Deaperate times call for desperate measures 2009-11-19 20:28:30 If some 35 yr old virgin asked me (a devout christian) about masterbating this is what I'd say to them, while God DOES condemn immorality desperate times call for desperate measures man. Your obviously a man with GREAT sexual frustration and the tendancy to FAIL (in that area). Do you think God CONDONES you ignoring your God given ability to reproduce just because it's immoral? No, if your 35 and you aint got no tail than buddy. it don't matter what you do, just as long as you do it in private. Desperate times -> desperate measures. And pray your life gets better.
  • ^_^ 2009-11-19 03:03:42 yea get back in yur cage
  • lol leileihua xD 2009-11-18 23:48:04 I have a grade school friend that went there, class of '99, I lived in Wahiawa and Mililani at the time but I ended up going to Aiea. *yes peculiar words... see I told you they're English but they're not! It only get worse from there :o
  • Thanks Bethy :) 2009-11-18 22:01:12 girl is gonna move there some day lol I'm probly not very healthy for her anxiety lol. But that just bugs me... ever since one of my history professors pointed out that Hawaiians are ALWAYS polite. ALWAYS it's like British ppl, just less up front politeness. I mean, polite is one of the LAST things I'd use to describe myself... and I'm not even a great example, I been gone for 13 years now? but yeah, Hawaii (and all tropic climates really) is INFESTED with roaches GALORE... BIG Mutha F*in' Roaches too! EW!! And they seriously give you something like half an hour to eat your dinner, then they come out :/ well because of this I ALWAYS finish my dinner and CLEAN my plate, no use complaining about it ever either. I don't speak roach :o. Anyway small things like this! It's just... ingraned down there! Heck right now I got piles of dishes in my ROOM and I hadn't gone out of it for days. Could NOT do that in Hawaii. It's not a polite thing... though it may seem so.

    Australia has a thing with Gecko's. Hawaii has them too, just not so much. Well I don't care if Gecko's get into my food just as long as they don't crap in it xD. ok I guess I would, but I'm NOT gonna freak out if I find a gecko on top of the seran wrap used to cover the cake. but ROACHES! They are a different matter! Terribly dirty bugs. I HATE roaches. Got a ton of centipedes after the rain too but their all outside so.

    Should look up some humorous Gecko stories (Infinity Squared??) their actually pretty funny lol.

    @Bauzi

    Fucking AWESOME x2! I was seriously waiting for like 6 years for somebody to put a 5.1 track into an amv lol.

    I loved Eve as well! It's not fucked up x|
  • Hawaii lesson 2009-11-18 13:11:19 I wrote a message this morning and it included a lot of random words at the end of sentences, just, like Wakka in FFX and how he'd end many of his sentances with 'Yeah??' Pretty much all his sentences, like how I end random sentences with emotes many times (especially in public). Wakka was Hawaiian, it's how Hawaiian's (like me) talk. No really, why is that? My question is why isn't everybody else like that? The Japanese have the same stigma, in Shakugan no Shana the Nannie keeps saying 'de-arimasu' at the end of sentences, or gozaimasu in other instances. Sa-nya may do the same thing... but she does it to be cute I think :). There is a purpose for that. And it's MOST important when your in public. Same reason Hawaiians (and other commercial residents) tend to be polite. In Hawaii 8 out of 10 ppl you meet WILL BE tourists. So your taught at a young age to BE POLITE AT ALL TIMES. We were talking about ending your sentences with Random words. rather words in RANDOM places :D no, it's not just funny or cute, it's polite. What I had said was 'huh?' at the end of my sentences (I was telling an old friend Happy Birthday with a joke... and she lives in Hawaii so maybe it was just cuz I wanted to talk like a Hawaiian, honestly it was totally unconscious thought so I got a little freaked lol, thus this). These words, yea and huh, aren't just cute, their like saying 'do you understand? are you getting me?' makes TONS of sense too me. I don't know why I was so surprised that I did it.

    1 other thing on another reason Hawaiians are very polite. They just are ^_^. As I just got done telling Bethany the Ancient Hawaiians, from before Hawaii was anexed a state (or territory *_*) of the United States didn't have a monetary system. They, along with probably many tribal nations, had a trust system. So basically say your polite to your neighbor, what happens, you gain more trust. With the trust that you gain you actually become richer (in things, there is no money). If your things were on the line wouldn't YOU be more polite too?? I don't know if they really policed this but, with everybody following the same rules, there's really no reason not too ^_^. Anyway that attitude pervades in the state of Hawaii, the closest you can get to Japan without actually being there (and with english street signs and stuff... well other then downtown Honolulu... they're in English their just somewhat 'unintelligable' lol).

    The Hawaiian Language itself is very polite. Aloha, it means 'Hello' and 'I love you' both AT THE SAME TIME, not either or like in Japanese. That is because... well there is NO WAY for a Hawaiian to say 'Hello' (or anybody else for that matter) without also being EXTREMELY polite, SO polite SOME might be offended :). Mahalo also means 'Goodbye' AND 'Thank You'. A little less offensive but STILL EXTREMELY polite. No, the University of Hawaii Rainbows aren't GAY. But 'I love u' does roll off the tongue like nothing there :/.

    *note as is the case with history, it IS written by the victor and you don't get the truth always, I am no historian, I just know what is told today. And the AMERICAN version of the definition of Aloha may differ from what the ancient Hawaiian's intended. Lord knows they messed up Hula just as bad as they did Cardcaptors :x, and just fyi this kind of localization is NOT American only, the Japanese SLAUGHTERED Halo and Medal of Honor (the one depicting the Japanese campaign in WW2), the Germans do the same with certain WW2 (Nazi) games. ANYWAY the words 'Aloha' and 'Mahalo' may have been changed somewhat to reflect the times. But this is what all Hawaiians are taught.

    Just wanted to get that out of my head. I spent more time talking to myself last night than I did sleeping :/ let's hope that never happens again. *yawn*
