  • How big is Rightstuf?? 2008-12-30 15:46:49 I get the feeling it's just a hole in the wall coorporation. I really don't get it. OK this is the full deal, my brother got me a gift certificate last year and it expired before I could use it (stupid me, I thought when it said 'additional discounts don't apply' it meant you counldn't use gc's!) I actually decided to do something about it like 10 days after it expired. Figures, stupid lazy me. I'm never really late on my bills, I just don't pay them. It's not like I don't have the money or the time, I play games or edit (ok used to edit...) all day, I just don't do it :/ meh oh well. Anyway I finally got to this thing 10 days late :( so I called RS and got a nice young lady named Lisa who told me she'd have to get back to me as her manager's on vacation. Well she got back to me, VERY promptly BUT I happened to be charging my phone at the time. When I charge my phone it's turned off :) charges better that way ^_^ besides nobody ever calls me!

    Anyway I called her back and oddly it took forever (1 week or so of calling 1-5x a day...) but I thought it's the christmas season, they might be busy. But I FINALLY spent my GC today!! (yes they still aloud me too -_- THANK YOU Lisa!) and, well... all this and Lisa is the ONLY one I've ever talked too lol. I sorta' expected it to be at least like, 3, 4, 5 ppl taking calls... not just 1 lol. And talking to her, she didn't seem to be in a rush! Just thought that was weird. And when you call in you get this big ole recording from Kion (Suzimiya) and one of my orders was that series, when she read it back to me she had no clue how to say 'suzimiya'! I admit I had always said it -maya instead of -meea like all the 'right' ppl do... but SERIOUSLY, JUST LISTEN TO YOUR OWN RECORDING THANKYOU!!! .... lol.

    No, she was (is) VERY nice even though she pronounced it -maya and not -meea (like the very RECORDING does...) and I'm THRILLED to FINALLY have Cowboy Bebop and Haruhi FINALLY coming my way -_- I'm just in shock that RS might be such a small company... of coarse you can never judge a company by the size of their website... and catalog. Wow o.0
