I just thought I'd add that I got a cool animated Gif(the first ever one that *I* made!) of some Endless Waltz footage as the credits. It's really nice! I'm so proud of myself. . . -
About a Month's Hard work. Woo the Challenges!

I've JUST finished the finishing touches on "Challenges" and I have to say. . . Wow. Not as good as some other AMVs, but it's definetly one of my best works ;). I'm going to send this one to a con. The beginning is kind of boring, but that's because the tune there is boring. Besides, the symbolism, people! You must understand the symbolism!
For this one, after I export it and somehow get it to fit on my tripod account, I'll have to upload a text document for. Yes. Text document. Explaining all the symbolism. And no, I'm sorry. Unlike the trailer("Kingdom Hearts Special") this AMV doesn't have sephiroth in it. Here's the anime I have in the AMV:

If you've been keeping up with my ramblings, then you've realised that the anime list keeps changing. This is because, as I edited the AMV, I kept putting in anime and taking others out. I finally got it to fit just perfectly. There might be some final tweaking after I export it, though. one of mt Last Unicorn clips seems a little long, although it's certainly better then the Earthian clip that was there beforehand. . .
. . .And on another note. . .
Starwire has asked me to burn her a CD with her Digimon AMV on it. So instead of going on with a new music video, I'm going to do some major tweaking on "Rika's Blindness" so everything will be perfect for her. ^.^ I don't know whether she wants a Data CD or a VCD yet, but at this point in time, it doesn't matter. Well, I'm off. Expect "Challenges" to be up soon. At the latest, it will be up tomorrow afternoon. I have no school monday, so I can fit in more AMV editing! Whoo! -

Since both Premiere AND Windows Movie Maker have decided to strike on me, and not give me the effects that I want, I've changed the whole story of the video from "the challenges it takes to make an AMV" tp "The challenges all characters in anime take to get the job done".
Most of it is from Kingdom Hearts, and I tried to make it mostly game footage since I liked the 3D thing going on. But so far I have these In "Challenges"

So, anyway, I FINALLY got the trailer done for all of you, and I gave it its own name, since it COULD be considered a whole AMV to itself, because it uses a whole song. Albeit a really really short one. No, despite what it sounds like, it is NOT edited.(The song I mean).

Yes, I do. ^.^ I can't believe MeriC answered one of my forum topic posts! I'm so happy! MeriC is my favorite AMV Creator-- Ever! And she's really nice, too! I almost met her at AWA 8. Unfortunelty, I had a family reunion the day she was there, but I Almost met her, and that's cool.
Er, anyway, my current AMV is still in the process of being done. It's like this:
Create the thought process of an AMV creator. Export timeline as movie.
create anime clips like a regular AMV. Export movie.
Import AMV creator thought process into a new Premiere project. Put it on Video 2 line. Select "transparancy" choose "Image matte" select the Regular AMV-like footage. Export timeline.
Create the special effects so everything is on cue with the beats/lyrics. Export timeline with everything transparent.
Import what you have so far, and put it on the second Video field. Select transparancy. Select "Image Matte" select the images of Text that match lyrics, translation, and example that you were supposed to make previously. Export Timeline.
Import what you have so far, put it on the first Video line. Correct any erros, go about for the last check over. Export Timeline.
See how hard this is? And yes, it's confusing.
I'm in the process of making a teaser trailer for this video as well, since it's going to take a looooooong time to make, and I want to keep y'all hanging.
