Actually, I Got this AWESOME DBZ parody idea! It's not to a song, it's actually to some dialouge from Invader ZIM. And on that note, I highly doubt it was actually IN the show. I think it's just somethign the VA did for fun, but it's still the most hilarous thing I've heard in my entire life! (And I've heard a lot fo hilarious things).
So now all I have to do is go up to Blockbuster and rent like the last DVD of the Freiza saga. OMG It's so freaking funny!!!!! -

"ANIMETRIC" is the studio name I had decided on about 3 years a go when I first thought about a studio name for my drawings (I hadn't started slideshow making yet) So I go through all the trouble of making a name and drawing a logo. I then decide that this is the logo I'm using for AMVs, so I better go register the name, copyrigth it, and put it in the AMV catalog so nobody'll steal it.

So what if that's not the REAL name...
Anyway, I went to Mediaplay Tuesday to get that DV Tape. Boy did I get ripped off. But anyway, I got the DV tapes, (2 for $20!) and then decided that I had all these Media Play bucks from my replay membership, so why not use them? I went ahead and bought X[Two], X[Three](both in their limited edition slip cases), Devil May Cry for the PS2, and Forever Kingdom for the PS2. Why did I not get DMC2? Simple. It was 50 dollars. ^-^. Anyway, this added up to around 130 bucks. I only had to pay seventeen dollars! It turns out I had a LOT more Media Play bucks then I initially had thought. I had around 2 gift cards, and then the bucks that I keep getting from my Replay Membership. I tell ya what, people. If you buy like 75% of your stuff from Media Play/Suncoast/On Cue, that Replay Membership is worth it! (Espiecially around Christmas time ^-^) But, onto the title.
As I was delicately searchign for which anime titles to buy, I came across an eliberately placed "Iria 2" DVD. For some odd reason it was Live action Hentai. In the middle fo the anime section! Who knows how it got there, but it was tentacle Hentai-ish type thing from what I could gather, so I was like ... "O...K.." And put it back where I found it. (As if I were going to put it in the RIGHT spot ^-^;;) Personally, I didn't think Media Play even SOLD hentai. That's kind fo scary. Live action hentai, I mean. They sell lots of regular Hentai there. (lol).
But anyway, now about the DV tape. I haven't gotten my hands to get the broken PS2 or the TV yet(see last entry) so while Mr. Henson talked about things I already knew how to do, Dan and I went ahead and started doing stop-animation (unseen by the teacher, hehe). I took my DV tape case and we just did stupid things like making it go across the screen, and doing a sort of cartwheel type thing(except in the cartwhell, you could see my fingers in some of the shots ><;;) Then, I started to do a pen writing "Hi" I finished the "H" But then the fire alarm went off and class was over. Oh well.
And onto AMV stuffs.
Yeah, I'm not done with my vacation yet. But I'll make one soon, I promise. Just get me some Sonic Underground footage(I'm emailing someone about that today) or some Bloody Roar 3 footage(The game's intro is all I need). Until then.

Overlooking the spelling errors, he not only penalizes me for not having a good way to distribute my videos, but he also doesn't tell me the name of the AMV, or what song it's to. I have TWO AMVs with KH and KH2 in them. TWO. They're BOTH set to Linkin Park. This email is not getting a reply.

In DV Tape land... And drowing in Kenshin DVDs

Ah yes, the DV tapes. So many packages....
I was assigned a permanent partner type person in Mass Media. Which is OK, since he's cool and all and I like him(We're not mortal enemies or anything, but it's a kind of mutual relationship). And Mr Henson (That's the teacher) told us that if we bought a DV tape, we could shoot whatever we wanted during class and that was OUR time and nobody else's. Thus, I was assigned to buy the DV tape, since Dan(my partner) doesn't have any money at the moment.
Not to mention Dan is GREAT with angles! I mean holy crap, he took a still of a car, and it looked like it came from some mag that was selling cars ^-^ He's been assigned to the camera. Now, at first, I had imagined doing a music video to "Adventures fo Link" by System of a Down. I figured it be fairly easy to do on the avio(that's our school's editors-Really expensive and cool things, they are ^.^) since it was just fast cuts, and it was also a very short song so we wouldn't have that much trouble assigning parts and all...
Then Dan decided he hated that song, and I said "Ya know, someone dressing up as Princess Zelda WOULD be kind of scary." So, I got the idea of beginning to film all the live footage of my Shadow Hearts AMV at school. We're going to buy(or salvage) a cheap PS2 that is either broken/damaged heaily or just there. (We had joked about finding a PS2 where the whole back was missing, lol) I'm getting this PS2 so that I can hit it with a sledge hammer in the end of the AMV. (ha, ha. No really!) As you can imagine, if anything goes wrong, we'll have to buy/salvage ANOTHER PS2, and that's just.. Well, I don't want to think about that -.-;;;
I'm also going to get shots of me playing Shadow Hearts, putting in the PS2, etc. Except I'm not going to tape the TV again. Oh no. I'm more technologically advanced ^-^;; (Now, anyway) Now there's more money involved. We're going to buyt/salvage a really old or crappy or broken TV so we can paint the screen a solid color so we may be able to do a green screen effect. It'll give us a cleaner shot of the Game, and we won't get those horrible tape lines. (ick.)

Now, onto other great stuff:
I've gotten the first 3 manga of Wish by CLAMP. Ah the clampness! It's so good! I've also read Kodocha, that was awesome too! Who knew a bully could be so cute! But he's got some strange things going on with his family..
And the best part of this all is, I've gotten the ENTIRE first season of Kenshin on DVD! The ENTIRE First season! I've borrowed it just for fun since some of my friends want me to get into it. ><" So now I have the whole thing, have watched it, and I frankly have to tell you, that I'm not very found of it. Nevertheless, I've got an AMV idea for it!(lol)
BUT
Meg(the friend that let me borrow the entire first season of Kenshin) tells me that if I'm making an AMV from it I HAVE to use a certain episode with the best fight scene in it ever. And Meg(2) agrees.(Yes, there's 2 Megs, and they're friends to eachother an me). So I say "OK, then just give me that episode" and they say "No! You have to watch the stuff that comes BEFORE that to understand it!" And I say "OK Then.. Give me that section.."
So now I have a buttload of DVDs that arn't mine comprised of the whole first season of Kenshin, and the first half of the second season. "Oro?!"
And now onto AMV land.
KLin has reeditied and reuploaded some AMV of his that he wants me to see. Although the name of it eludes me right now, It his .hack//sign AMV. I like it alot. Espiecially since it kind of reminds me of my life. I rp a lot. ^-^;;; I haven't seen the anime yet, but I'm buying the game soon.
Since I'm still indebted to KLin among others, I must review this vid. I'm saving it for later though, I don't think I'm quite done with my vacation just yet.
