    And WuWu's Identity trailer? A farce. He wanted me to get done faster, so he pulled a fast one on me. >.> However, he ahs said that he might work on it sooner or later, because he likes the idea.

    Today has been a good day. I met a fan today. I found out that a lot of my AMVs are on Kazaa somewhere, and people think that my sucky videos rock. ^-^ Not to mention, that while I'm writing this, I see "999 Hits". Wow. I never knew *I* could be popular.

    Now, I wondering what I should do. Should I finish my Evanescence(sp.) AMV? Or should I RP again? What do you think...?

    Also, AWA. What AMVs should I submit?

  • Correction 2003-04-30 18:31:28 Saturday. Wuwu says he believes the trailer will be done this Saturday. (I don't know where the "today" came from). 
  • WuWu(YCSTR) 2003-04-30 18:29:03 Saturday, WuWu believes he'll be done with his Identity trailer today. In fact, we had an interesting conversation. It went like this:
    WuWu: "How's that trailer coming?"
    Me: "Good"
    WuWu: "You might want to hurry up with it."
    Me: "Why?"
    WuWu: "So people don't think you copied me."

    WuWu said he was thinking about making an Identity trailer. THINKING about it. I never thought he'd actually do it and finish it in what? A week? Btw, it's to Love Hina.

    I just want you all to know that I started my Idenity trailer on the 11th of this month. 11th. WuWu said something around last week.

    If you say I copied WuWU's idea, (If my trailer comes out after his, because it probably will) You are going to get MASSIVE verbal abuse. MASSIVE. Don't say I didn't warn you.

    Anyway, I bought a large plant and four fish(two goldfish, 2 Koi) for the pond. We got a filter/pump set up and it works wonderfully. I hate the fake plants my mom bought because they get tangled up in all the other plants. Also, mym mom just proved to me how stupid she really is today. At PetsMart. we were deciding on whther we should buy an underwater plant or not. When we decided we would, I told her we had to put sand or gravel or something in the bottom, because it can't grow on plastic.(I had put sand in the bottom of the pond last year, but when we cleaned it out this year my mom said it was useless and we took it out >.>) My mom was like, "No, we don't need that." And I say "Plants grow in the ground." She replies, "THESE Plants grow in water." I return, "In the GROUND, in the water." Finally, she just doesn't believe me about it, and asks a staff person passing by. "Do you need ot put these in something?" I guess he dind't quite understand her(I know I wouldn't have). Because he said "what kind of pond do you have?"
    My mom answered, "It's a small one with shelves."
    He replies, "Well, put it on a shelf. It needs somethign to grow into."
    My mom turns to me and starts commenting on how he was right, and then the staffer relizes what my mom's saying and goes, "Oh, no. You need gravel or something to put it in. The roots have to anchor the plant down to something. It can't grow into plastic."
    And I say to my mother, "See? That's what I said! So if you really don't want anything on the ground of the pond, put it in a pot."
    The thought of an underwater plant floating around without the roots to anchor into something bothers me. And my mom's a gardener. >.>
    I come from a deranged and stupid family.....

    Anyway, onward to AMVs.

    Sorry for not writing for about a week or something. Everytime I got on the computer for the past few days, I've been role playing. I finally got a neutral point where I can work for awhile exclusively on AMVs. (My character left to go 'hunting') .

    Anyway, I RP in a chat room. It's all text. Now, I understand a lot of you do that. Yes, you're rping when you go /me goes to bathroom or whatever. But that's you as your character. RPing in a chat room is like a regular RPG, except it's all text. So you've got to have a big imagination. A lot of people have been hopping on the bandwagon recently, and lately most of RP nowadays has been reduced to utter crap. I RP descriptively. A lot of people who RP "parabase"(Or t1 for us oldschool people) either have absolutely no life, or are writers/want to be writers and use the RP as a practice.
    Writing is like singing, I guess. They say to practice and do it every day. Excersice your brain.. So, that's what I do. I've been RPing for 7+ Years, now. I know every single style there is to know. I may not actually do them all, or be good at them if or when I do them, but I know the rules of them all. So, I'm a combination of wannabe writer and no life-er.

    Speaking of writing, my Grandma sent me two books in the mail as presents for osme odd reason. "How to be a succesfull Writer" and "How to write fiction that's not like everyone else's" or somethign liek that. Well, I guess I appreciate the help everyone's giving me....

    Now If only I could get rid of this horrible computer time limit! They should let me be on the computer however long I want. I mean, it's MY computer. It really is. It was given to ME for ME. I'm not supposed to have a limit induced by my parents for MY computer. This ties in with my parents not allowing me to go to FITcon to see my AMV. Lack of appreciation. Sure, they look nice, but they just don't care. They give me stupid reasons as to why I can't do somehting. I think that they think I shouldn't be getting way into somethign that isn't a potential career. I think they think that if I get too involved with editing, I won't have more time for.. Say, writing. A much more appreciative career choice. Hah! Editors are cool.

    Anyway, I said I was going to get to AMVs about an hour a go, didn't I?

    I'll be working on The Identity trailer exclusively for a while. It came out last friday, and I NEED to get this out soon before other people start doing Identity trailers, and by the time mine gets out, they'll say I copied THEM. Already WuWu wants to do an Identity trailer. So, All I have to do is get AVISynth to work, and I can say I'll be done sometime this week. The only thing holding me back is AVISynth. All the footage I need has been ripped, it's just that the avs file won't work properly. This has happened to me a lot recently, and every time I can't figure out what went wrong and how I fixed it. >.>

    Anyway, enough of my rabble. I'm off.  
  • Happy ANZAC day. 2003-04-25 15:31:53 I worked on my Identity Trailer, because I want to get it out soon since it's in theaters, now. >.>

    But, AVISynth is being a bitch so I only worked on it for a mere 27 minutes and accomplished absolutely nothing. In the mean time, I'm taking a break. I have to do Voices for Alan by sunday, and I'm fed up with Evanesence because they make anime hard to sync to and well... I'm going to RP. Not much fun, today. >.>
