So I didn't write yesterday. This is what happened then.
Took a REALLY long tiring walk with the dog.
Went to the blade show
saw a japanese sword demonstration (That guy has an odd technique!)
Realized that my dad is an idiot for thinking a katana would only cost 100 bucks at the most.(Even though I told him a $200 one was the cheapest it could get!)
Struck an offer with the Cold Steel company.
Will probably get a live blad for 40% lower then the original price sometime in the next two weeks.
MaxX has also uploaded the gif video, I'll fix that link soon.
and now for today.
I "finished" my FFIX video yesterday, now is the LONGGGG restoration process to make it look less pixely. Many thanks to VegettoEX who has coached me through this!
And burnt toast for giving me a game AMV place that hosts stuff for free.
Shinji13 is oping ALL my videos! Isn't that great?!?!
He wants to get at the top of the list for the person who gives the most opinions.
I just found out that the video I'm making right now, "Zidane's Home", is my THIRTIETH video!!!!

Okay, well, first things first.
I had to take the links to TBoCCVZ (what a long acronym!) down because Tripod deleted the membership they were on. Again. Woo.
But never fear, MaxX will be hosting the video within 3 days, so until then, just IM me if you want it.
I have no limp! I took a really long hot shower today and the pain was gone! Well, all except the fairly new but ignorable sore in my right butt cheek, though. But it's not bad enough to make me limp anymore! Weee!
Suzaku. I found a new avatar, I'm going to get working on that today. And I REALLLY need to update the AP page. Man, I'm not liking the business of having more then one website to deal with ><!
And I got this GREAT AMV idea for FFIX! I came up with it last night around midnight. It was cool, and it focuses around a theme that NO ONE else has ever even thought of yet!
And the best part is that it uses a song from the Escaflowne movie soundtrack! W00t!
I'll have to work on that today, too.
I fixed my practice sword via super goop, so tomorrow I'm just going to get a live blade at the blade show. Wooo!

And of course the kendo class gets to see that demonstration of kendo by the pros.

Well, I forgot to tell you all that I indeed had to put all the ceromonial armor on for sparring yesterday in Kendo class. But I didn't really have to spar. (I guess Sensei saw my limp and exaustion >.>)
I was SO tired, and when I woke up this morning I had an even worse limp.
Now, something new has devolped.
Now, I can hardly use my left leg at all(stiff as a peg leg!) and my right buttox is really sore, so I've resorted to waddling around like a duck. =(
What works, works, I guess.
Sensei Pedro is supposed to call me any time now to tell us about the blade show. The whole class is going today, AND sunday, to see KWON sell its stuff, and these two people demonstrate kendo. It's like AWA but BETTER!
Lol.
Anyway, It's at the Cobb Galleria if you live in Georgia, and it'll be going on this friday until sunday at the usual convention times. (Practically the same as Dragon*Con or AWA)
I'm going there today to look around and compare prices. I'll be looking for a new practice sword(My 40 buck cheap one is falling apart... hehe, French and their katanas...) and a live blade for test cutting.
Then, I'll go back on Sunday, and go get what I picked out on Friday at a nifty discounted price! Woo!
AWA Con Goers who've never been to a con before:
ALWAYS buy your stuff in the dealer's place on SUNDAY, because it's discounted.
ALWAYS take a reference with you if you want a comission done in the artists' Alley on FRIDAY. There's no lines, and the artist can do much more with your personal drawing, because of that. If you want a good pencillist, I reccomend Tim Flanagan.
