Life decided to go commando and put itself on primetime. Lemme explain.
I went to school today, and I had a field trip in Graphic arts to go to the Galleria(Where AWA is) to see some Art show. So, Mr. K(the teacher), said everyone needs to meet in the Graphic Arts room at 9.
So I'm english, my first period class, and we're all reading Macbeth and acting it out and stuff, and then I look up and it's 9am. So I'm like "Oh crap, I gotta go" and run over to the Graphic Arts lab. However, some kid in that period class told me the field trip already left(for some odd reasona ton of people wern't going).
So I'm all "Oh shit" and run over to PPO to ask them if it left already. They said they didn't know nad to check the Graphic Arts lab. So I go back over there AGAIN, intending to go inside the room this time and see what was going on, and I meet up with this guy who's in my period and he comes out of the room and says "Did you know they already left?"
So I'm like cussing some more, and we go over to Ms. Phillips, one of the head administrator people and ask her if she knows if the bus left. She said she doesn't know. So at this point we'd already checked practically everywhere for the bus, and we didn't see any busses or anyone.
Ms. Phillips says to go talk to Mr. Richie, another administrator cause he might know. So we go to him and he said look for the bus. And we said we already have, and he replies that maybe it did leave, but check for the bus. So we went to the ONLY place we didn't look for the bus, and guess what?
It wasn't there.
So I'm cussing up a storm to this guy and about if the bus really did leave I'm going to skip school and yell at mr. K when he gets back because he KNEW we were supposed to go and stuff, and we showed up on time AT nine o clock.
So this guy that also missed the bus that I had met up with, Jason, has a cellphone. He used it to call his friend on the bus for the fieldtrip to ask if they had left. She said yes, they were almost there. And I was all yelling in the background at how Mr. K should turn that bus around and pick us up. Mr. K was like "I told you to get here BY 9am". And I was like "No, you said AT 9am."
So regardless, Mr. K was not going to turn the bus around. So I was determined to skip school anyway, so Jason and I started walking off campus after calling numerous friends and moms(who were all either conviently not home or didn't have access to a car) to pick us up.
So We were walking over to Jason's friend's house to meet up with some people who were going to drive over to the Galleria at 12pm. That's like... 3 miles. So we get almost there, and then I realize that my friend's house is on the way.
So we stop by my friend's house, which is a little closer than Jason's friend's house, and I ask if they can take us to the Galleria. She says yes. After some momentary delays, we are driven there.
Of course I thank my friend's mom PROFUSELY. But that's not where it ends. Oh no. I said Life was put on PRIMETIME. There's more action to be held.
So Ms, Johnson, being the super christian she is, drops us off at the Galleria, but then tells me to call her cell phone when we find the school group, cause she doesn't want to just leave us there. I say fine and we go inside.
Once we get out of Ms. Johnson's eyereach, I say "She's going to sit there until we find our group, so let's just call her and tell her we found them." Jason said okay, and I called her cellphone.
Only problem was, she doesn't pick up. Her HUSBAND does. I say "Hey, is Ms. Johnson there?" he says no, and to try the house phone. I say "Well, she told me to call her once we found the group, so could you just tell her we found them?" and he was like, well I have no idea what you're talking about, so explain this to me.
And in the meantime, the phone is beeping at me, so I'm thinking that the battery is going dead. So I say "Well, I kinda have to go right now so could you just tell her I found the group?"
"I have no idea what you're talking, about please elaborate".
"Okay, she drove us to this place and she wanted me to call her cellphone when I found the group I'm supposed to be with so could you please tell her that we found who we're supposed to be with?"
"Okay."
So I finally get off, and coincidence, we find Mr. K as soon as I hang up.
We follow him, and he tells us that all we missed really was a boring speech. So he takes us to get these green wristbands so we can go to the graphic arts show, and as we're doing that, Ms. Johnson shows up.
She's like, "Oh thank goodness you found your teacher, I looked in my pocket bag and I didn't have my cellphone."
I said yeah I just called. and she said "I left it in the charger at home" and I was like, "Really? Mr. Johnson picked up, I left a message for you." and she looked as if she had been lied to, as if that phone had been stolen from her.
After a few minutes she left and I went in the art show. Talked to Adobe people, got them to agree to get a Panal at AWA and such, but that's not important. (heh heh hehe... Look on the AWA boards for more info in a few weeks/days)
So, normally you'd think that's the end. BUT ALAS! It is not so.
After the show, we go to Cumberland Mall which is kinda attached to the Galleria for lunch. The cool thing about that though is we had an hour and twenty minutes. So I was going to go shopping.
I had gotten 60 bucks out of my mom for this, and I had been to this mall like a month a go, and was in this store called "Hot Topic" that had these really awesome pants I like. Problem was they were 55 USD. So I couldn't get them at the time.
Now, though, I was determined to starve myself and get those pants because I wanted them so much. So I'm walking down the hall looking for Hot Topic, because I remembered where it was, and I don't see it.
I look on the map directory thing and it's no there. I ask 3 people to give me directions, 2 of the 3 people directed me to the same place, and 1 person didn't know where it was. So it ended up that I walked across the same hall like FIVE times, convincing myself I had missed the store.
Finally I got infuriated and went down to the visiter's information, and said "Do you know where HOt Topic is? People keep saying it's over there next to Kathy Jean bu--"
"We don't have a Hot topic."
And my jaw just DROPPED. It was there like a month a go. Where'd it go in that time? So I keep myself calm(on the outside atleast) and say "Oh... Ok"
And move down the hall to see if another store had pants similiar to the ones that I wanted at Hot Topic.
But half way down the hall I decide to walk back to the information booth, and ask "Hey, it's me again. Do you know if there's any stores that sell the pants that are all goth and have the belts and chains hanging off them?" And she says no, but I might want to try this one store, which happens to be on the hall I walked down 5 times and basically knew by heart by now,
So I go over there and look around, and they don't have anything. I walk into some other stores and look, and they got nothing. So I give up on the pants, and decide to go buy anime.
So I walk over to FYE and look at their anime section. It amazed me because all they had were:
Ranma 1/2 box set(season one)
Evangelion, movies and complete boxset
some gundam boxsets
like ONE DVD of the following:
.hack, Transformers, Betterman, some other not -too-popular but good anime titles. Then they had like all of DBZ and GT.
And after that it was ALL hentai. I am not kidding. ALL hentai. La Blue Girl, La Blue Girl returns, a ton of titles I've never heard of, all with precariously large boobs flailing about and stickers that said "Absolutely NOT for child viewing!!" With little smiley faces.
What the fuck....
So I go to the desk and ask if they know of any other stores that sell anime. They say not in the mall. So, determined to buy SOMETHING, I go into Electronics etc. I ended up buying all used games. Ever Grace for the PS2, Castlevania and Transformers Beast Wars Transmetals for the N64.
All of that totalled to like 30 bucks. As I was walking out I saw FFX-2 and Sonic Heroes(They didn't have those used for some reason), and FFX-2 was 60 bucks, wheras Sonic Heroes was 50. I was luck "fuck that..."
So I go down to the foodcourt and buy a big Arby's meal of Chicken Tenders and curly fries and a Barqs.
I take that, and upon finding no where to sit, decide to walk around a bit. I still had money left, so I might as well spend it.
However, I couldn't find any more stores that had stuff I might like, so I sat down in this business lounge area type thing and began to eat when I saw the pet store. Mmm, pets.
I only finish the chicken tenders and walk over with everything else to the Pet store, looking at their stuff, then decide to buy this TINY harness.
I buy it and the guy at the cash register is like "What kind of dog do you have?"
I respond "Oh, I have a mutt but that isn't for my dog. It's for my guinea pig."
The cashier, as any normal person would, gave me a wierd look. I continued.
"Petsmart had some Guinea pig harnesses but they were too expensive. I'm on a fieldtrip here and saw these, so I figured 'why not'".
That was the end of THAT conversation.
And it is also the end of the excitement that was my day...
In other news, my character in RP almost got ass raped.

So yesterday, I went to Video Prod, since on Friday I learned that Pope(school I go to) is going to quit that program next year, and that is like.. The only reason I like school.
Well, not really, but it's the only good class... Because I get to make music videos. Chaa.
Anyway, so I go to walton(the school the class is at), and I'm talking ot the teach about what I should do, because the way Ms. Lockeheart(head administrator person) explained it to me, is that if I write some sort of request or something, I could still go to the class, but the class would consist of one person. Me. Wtf?
Henson(Video prod teacher) agreed with me that that was stupid so I sai dmaybe I should just enroll at Walton, since I live in their disctrict and am supposed to go there anyway(I transferred to Pope). Henson said that that'd be fine, and if I did do that, he would guarentee me a spot in his class.
Soooo I talk to my mom about it, and she's all freaking out because Walton, although like the richest school evar, is a sucky ass school that only cares about Honors, gifted, and AP students. My brother who went there was failing, and when my mom tried to get teachers to talk to her or ANYTHING, it was hard to just get a call back, let alone any real information. So they hate walton.
And I'm tyring to get my parents to let me go, because even though it's a sucky school, I REALLY want to persue editing as a carreer. But my mom, dad, and brother all agree that I'd probably have a meltdown(depression-wise) before the end of the year at Walton, since it's such a bad school. (Druggies, gangs, mean teachers, etc.).
So My bro said I could like enroll at Southern Poly Tech and take Video Production there, while enrolled at Pope. And I'm seriously thinking about that, although I really really like Mr. Henson's teaching. But Southern Poly probably has Premiere, and not the crappy AVIOs, and then that's look good on my resume... But Mr. Henson's teaching....
GAH. I don't know. I really think that dual-enrolling would be a bad idea, considering how much harder college classes are AND, I'd be like 10 years younger than everyone there.
Plus, what are the chances they'd actually TAKE me?
I don't know what to do... ;_; -

Okay, so, to summarize the last.. 2 days? I think... Um, I basically worked on government all day sunday and accomplished... You guessed it, nothing. I SO need a tutor for Government. It's so freakin' hard! Is there anyone out there who's good at US Government? Please?
And, um, what else... Nothing, really... I guess. Man, I have a boring life. XP -

Thanks again for the helpful review! I was thinking of revamping this video at the same time I revamp my Anime Guys video for Megacon, but then I had a final. I'll probably wait until after my next video is complete before acctually revamping it though, but I will take your comments to heart! I always sit down with your reviews in hand and watch for each part in the video so I know exactly what to fix, that's how much help you are! Weeee!
I'm also taking all of your advice for my next video, a Kanon one. No divX footage, no subtitles, no flashing scenes, and scenes that fit the beat. You'll be proud! =P
The only thing I have to stand up for is the first scene. I know it starts on a strong beat, but for some reason I found it hilarious to just put Knives' only calm moment in the hardest beat of the song. I guess that's just an inside joke I should have explained. ^_^'
