  • SCHOOL BOMBING?! 2004-03-26 10:25:16 Today was so cool and yet so wierd.

    I go to school, I'm late but I sneak in so she doesn't mark me tardy, go to first period which is english like any normal day.
    Then some time later, on the announcements, a woman come on and says, "Students and faculty, listen. We have to evacuate the school for.... Some time, so teachers get your roll books and come outside."

    So everybody's like all joking about it, like "OMG the drug dogs are here!" and others are all, "Stupid, they don't evacuate the school for that!"

    Then I said, "I bet it's a bomb threat."

    Sure enough, it was. I caught up with a friend of mine, Anna, and she said she was in "the" room for homeroom and 1st period. She said that there was this ticking bag, like a metronome, and they were poking at it, but afraid to touch it. So they just left it for first period. When it rolled around the administrators came or something.

    I found another friend, Makenzie. He said that he was with some administrator to get rescheduled, and Ms. Lockeheart came along and said, "We have a skipper walking down the 200 hall," then she came running back and said "We have to evacuate the school."

    So everyone's outside, in the parking lot, and they keep pushing us further and further from the school...

    We finally end up in the stands, but right before then I went over to where the administrators were standing and listening to their walkie talkies. One of them said, "We called the bombmobile, you better heard everyone to the stands cuz it's gonna be awhile."

    We sat out there for more than an hour! A helicoptor that was yellow and black came along, it was circling us and it had a mercedes logo on it.

    When we finally went back in school, I caught up with one of my other friends who was stuck on the other side. She said she saw it all happen. Fire trucks, the bomb squad, the unloading of the little robot that goes in the building.

    Guess what it was?

    An electronic metronome.

    HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH

    "Okay, Add and i came up with a great idea! Tell me what you think. April 10 Techwood con is gonna be heald at GA Tech and they are looking for attractions. I was wondering if you would like to IC as an attraction there. I have all new footage and a great them in mind. If this sounds good just let me know. This would be, i think, the best opertunity!"

    Special thanks to ssjvegita0609, though. I took the screenshot from his vid "Shameless Gore video" when I discovered it on my harddrive and immediately came up with the idea...

    Few hours later I had this. Did it in MSPaint becuase it was originally going to be my avatar, but... I liked it too much to make it all crappy-like... 
  • Harsh! 2004-03-20 13:38:25 Well, friday I did next to nothing, aside from work on the research paper. I have to say I found out a lot more than I did previously. I then went to saturday school today, and just read books.

    A friend of mine-- a slept over last night with her-- has the Rayearth manga. Or atleast, the first two volumes. It's pretty funny, but man does it go slow. No wonder my friend lost interest in it.

    Anyway, last night was so awesome. We saw Clerks the animated series(or atleast the first two eps before we got sidetracked-- we've seen them before so it's no big deal) and then I played with her webcam and mic!

    So yeah, I went on webcam with a TON of people, literally. Even some I didn't know. So if I was on webcam with you, and we were doing something wierd, it probably was me doing something to someone else, as all the windows were open at the same time. ^.^;;

    Also, I'm trying to put a dent in the free op list today. I'm thinking I shouldn't have made that thread. 0o

    Although, I guess this is better than what would've happened last year. I remember that if someone was offering free ops, like 60 people would reply! So I guess I'm lucky or something.

    Whatever.
    My banners still haven't shown up yet. What's taking so long? 
  • Keeping a daily journal is hard! >> 2004-03-18 10:25:38 Yeah, so I've figured that maybe I should be focusing on small things, instead f big ones.

    But anyway. today, and some days before it.

    So today, I am in English class, and I'm doing this research paper on Macbeth, and I spend the whole 45 minutes researching, and I find out like, LESS than when I started out.. So I'm talking ot the teacher about it, and he like.. completely ignores me!

    HOW the hell am I supposed to do this research paper without any research? If I fail this paper, I fail the class, and I've already failed all the other papers.

    THIS SUCKS.

    Gragh.

    And I had something else to say, but I forgot what it was.
