- bah 2007-05-28 22:28:40 Well after another encode I noticed another error in my Baki vid pertaining to some of the masks. Well at least just that one scene. I'm getting tired of masking especially this particular scene. I may just have to remask it all over again. Good thing I noticed it now then after I put it up. I managed to get the vid into perfect quality too. I guess I'll go work on that now. Hopefully it'll be up by tomorrow. That's it for now. Out.
- diploma 2007-05-24 22:15:10 Well I picked up my diploma from college today. I'm glad I finally have it in my hands now. So yay no more college for me. At least for a while any ways. Until I decide to get my master's degree or some thing. That's pretty the only thing exciting that happened today that and I finally finished that masking scene in my Baki vid. Came out quite good actualy. Now I just have the last few seconds left and depending what scenes I use maybe one more masking sequence. I'll have to fix a few scenes that apparently didn't get cut right the first time I did it. Well that's it for now. out.
- progress and stuff 2007-05-24 01:14:40 I picked up Afro Samurai and DBZ Season 2. Have a crazy idea for a DBZ vid in the style of Project Kakarot. I already found a song for it as well. I may have to extend the song though like I did for Project Kakarot as well. As for my Baki vid I'm doing some very tedious masking for certain parts of the vid. I hate masking characters with spiky hair. If it was his tournament style and not his carrot top that he has in the beginning then it would be much easier to mask. Hopefully the masking will come out well too. Well thats it for now. out.
- Improvising 2007-05-22 23:50:25 Well it looks like i have to improvise in order to finish my Baki vid. I have about 10 seconds left in order to fill the time line completely. I'm alternating the ending of the series as well so I can have Baki fight Yujiro at the end. There is one scene I don't have to worry about alternating it all. There is this one part where I have to make sure it looks like Yujiro threw Baki. I have some ideas to solve this issue. I may even have to do some minor masking to make it more realistic though. I'm trying to find the right scenes that will look right with it and thats a real bitch when it comes to using Baki. After I finish that I just need to work on some more syncing and effects. But other than that its narrowing its completion. Well thats it for now. out.
- finished Baki 2007-05-20 03:40:50 Well sort of. I kind of skipped a head just a little. Apparently I didn't miss any thing too important either. I think I may have enough footage to actually finish my Baki vid now. Which I've put off for a while now. I started it some time back in mid March or so. Although I may have to substitute a different ending since I was hoping that the series was going to close with Baki fighting his father. Apparently that issue wasn't resolved at the end. But apparently there seems to be more Baki coming in the near future judging from the end credits. I'll try doing some more editing on it tomorrow now that I have new footage to use. So yay this thing will finally get completed some time soon. out.
