- spiritdective.com amv contest ends 2003-08-14 21:01:08 well tomorrow the contest ends and probably by next week there well be a winner. i doubt ill win. please let there be a bunch of noobs!! ill feel outclassed. i gave my best video i made of YYH. eh 3rd place will be fine as well. the only amv contest ive ever been in. not even otakon. i dont have any vids that are worth being shown except my Spike vs Vash trailer. that was so awesome. hopefully ill have my crossover vid by that time complete. im slowly working on it. i cant tell you what anime im crossing over but its going to be damn hillarious. i just need the right song. oh wait i have one idea i might be using but hopefully ill have all the footage i need for it. need to buy the box set for that anime series though.
- working like a dog 2003-08-14 18:16:49 ah man ive been so busy i havet had time for myself. i went out to dover today to return my dvd burner but they didnt have the one i needed so we got our money back. so now i have to go up to the other Bestbuy in our state. ughhhh. then when i got home i went over to a friend's house. he said come over at 4 so i did then it turned out he wasnt there. argggggh!! what a waste of gas. oh well my parents are filling it up as i type. it took me forever to find out where his house was. took me a half hour. i waited for a while and he didnt come. errrrrrrr. im going to have to talk to his ass tonite about that. and i still have the cds he let me borrow. heheheheh. so i came home mowed the lawn got 10 bucks horray! then i washed dishes to get some extra money. ahhhhhh i still have crap to do as well. some more house work. ive never done this much work in my life. when i do did chores they were a couple of days tomorrow im going paintballing so ill tell you how that turns out. i still have to get ready for college as well. i really dont want to go to school though. id rather work at a job. but that is not going so well. why why why??!! all of my friends have jobs but not me!! i even applied at some of the places they work but my other friends get hired. arghhhhhh!!! its a conspiracy i tell yah. i need money damn it and im short of it. what im geting is chunck change. hopefully tomorrow ill get my dvd burner. again. ill tell you all about that as well. now to take a brake cause if i work any more then i did i think im going to throw up.
- DVD burner??? 2003-08-13 21:33:11 well i got a dvd burner today but did i??? i have to take it back cause one of the plugs isnt right. ugggh i finally got one that can rip dvds but now i have to take it back because of a stupid plug. argggggggh! i want to put my amvs on dvd dammit. then copy some dvds heheheheh. no body well know except for the people who read my journal. on friday im going paintballing. yay! tomorrow ill replace my dvd burner with hopefully the right one. hopefully i can just replace the plug its self. my eye hurts like a bitch cause it got scratched some how. not my eye itself though the skin above it. ugh its a pain to stay awake. so i cant drive on the road. so thats all my problems for now. hopefully ill get my dvd burner right tomorrow.
- MPEG 2!!! 2003-08-12 18:15:40 i can now put my vids into mepg 2 format. horray! ive been putting my last couple of vids like that. but i wont have them on the org in that file format. probably just mpeg. lets just say that my vids look helluva lot better. mainly because there in dvd quality. i put some of my projects that i have on hold in that format so i can easily put them back in the program easily. speaking of which when i get a job ill actually be able to finish some of them up. ill be buying a lot of imports as well to finish half of my projects. mainly my YYH ones. cause i have a lot of great ideas. if i can ever figure out this damn chroma key on vegas video i can do my crossover vid but its not working the way i want it to and im reading the damn thing right. i still have my friends web page programs i have to return. i got those like some time in june. ive had em for almost 2 months lol! ill give em back eventually when he is actually home. i wonder how many of you read my journal. eh what ever like i dont really care.
- just another night 2003-08-11 20:48:10 well tonite i went to defensive driving course. wasnt that bad. there were some hot girls there. not many but a few. i sat next to one of them :) i didnt upload a video like i planned cause i didnt know which one i wanted to upload. ill probably upload one tonite if possible. thats if connections are good. my dbz video is kicking ass. i just have to put in the effects. then all of you can go download it. horray! my reamke quality is just so fucking awesome. sadly ill have to tune the quality done some in order to be a reasonable download. right now its in 206 mb in mpeg 2. ill keep that version for my dvd release of it. cause ill be getting a dvd burner for it. ill eventually turn my other vids into those formats for dvd burning. i just need to find the one i want. i need a program that can rip the whole dvd completly. exact copy of it. menus and every thing. if your reading my journal and know of a program pm me. i mainly want this for back up dvds. i got my dbz remake almost done because half of it was all ready there for me. i change some stuff but not a lot. its edited much better then the original. well thats it for now. i really dont have any thing new to talk about. unless you want to hear my useless bitching. damn i need a job. hopefully that lowes job well come out.
