- my good deed of the day 2005-10-15 13:39:27 well today i helped two turtles go to their destination. i helped one go to the pond behind my house and i helped another across the street.the first turtle i helped didnt mind me helping him. the one that wanted to go across the road didnt want my help at all but hey at least he started to move faster. that is my good deed for the day. that is all for now. out.
- success!! 2005-10-14 20:06:18 well i finally learned how to add subs in dvd architecht. i tried to export my subs i made in vegas 6 but they weren't coming out as well as i thought and i decided to say screw it! and just decided to add them in manually by using dvd architecht. making my own subs is a pain in the ass. well thats it for now. out.

subtitles,subed amvs and FF7 , wmv rants

well im trying to figure out how to add subtitles to my amvs for dvd purposes. especially japanese songs. making the subs is the easy part but trying to add them in is very confusing. im working with dvd architecht to add in my subs to amvs. hopefully ill figure it out before my head explodes.
speaking of subtitles why the hell do people still use anime footage with subs for amvs!! especially when the anime is allready licenced. ive seen a lot of amvs that use subbed footage. not only does that vid get a bad star rating it also gets a bad quick comment.
im also tired of seeing all of these FF7:AC videos poping up all over the place. every time i see a new vid on the block its FF7AC!! not to mention half of them are wmv. which tells me it sucks unless it was made in vegas video or some thing. especially by looking at the file size. it is possible to make a wmv a bigger file size. makes me wonder some time. ok thats my rant for today. feel free to flame me i really dont care. out. - it arrived!! 2005-10-12 15:16:54 yes finally Vegas 6 has now arrived at my doorstep. muahahahha. now i can resume making videos. i cant wait. so be prepared for some amvs from me in the next couple of weeks. i dont know if ill get to any this weekend but ill probably start finishing some up of the ones ive never finished. well thats it for now. out.

to the person who left a quick comment saying that can't see the Spirit vs. Demon vid. you probably need a codec like moonlight mpeg or ffdshow. those usually work. although i never was able to get the moonlight mepg codec to work my self but other people have.
while im at i got some more eps done of 銃 の 刃 done. im still reworking eps 10 though so when i get that done ill have four new eps up which will be 10-13. the series is half way done.
well the final epsiode of the redub of DBZ came on tonight and after watching every eps id have to say that the dub was pretty decent. the music got even better as the series progressed. too bad they didnt use that music instead of Faulconer. they even through in some cursing most noteable in the last saga. sadly ill never hear english Freeza yell "Damn you Saiyan monkey!" the script was much better than the old Pioneer version. though Funi still screwed some things up. i dont know why but they still managed to screw up Dragon Ball. every other series they dub is great but they still have some flaws when it comes to DBZ. Funimation is a funi company indeed. out.
