Okay, I'm going to attempt using another program to encode my blu ray discs. I want to use my FMA: Brotherhood discs as the first experiment. I'm hoping this goes well cause if it does I can use my blu ray discs instead of my dvds. I want to work on another FMA vid using Brotherhood plus also the original since the idea can't really work with just FMA: BH. The idea is going to be centered on mostly Greed, but I also want to use how that sin affected some of the other cast as well. Its going to be interesting to say the least. I just hope the ripped footage comes out okay using this program. If not got another program to use but I think this one will make things easier to rip and encode so I can process them easily through vdub. Well thats it for now. Out. -
Back From Otakon

Well I'm back from Otakon and have to say it was pretty awesome this year. The last two years I went felt like a clone of each other but it improved since they had more stuff to offer as well as better venders.
The trip went pretty well, except for my hotel sucked ass. Couldn't even hook up a damn playstation or xbox, felt like I was stuck in the olden days. On the other hand was able to attend the premiere of the new Fullmetal Alchemist movie and got to see Johnny Yong Bosch which was awesome as well as Patrick Seitz.
I usually attend the amv contest, but didn't this year. Did the last two years since they were awesome. Wasn't able to attend the amv overflow either since it was on Sunday. Last year it was on a Friday which was better. I'll download the amvs as they get put up on the org I guess. Soooo I wasn't able to see my own amv in the overflow oh well. I couldn't any ways since the hotel staff wouldn't hold some of our things which pissed me off cause I never had an issue with holding stuff at hotels before. I think I would have had an even better con experience this year if it wasn't for the hotel. I know I won't be staying at that one again. Out. -

Well my order from rightstuf finally came today and got some titles quite early. The last set of Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood and YYH Bluray Season 2. I also got Dragon Box set 6. Lets see how this travesty of a dub on FMA B is going to turn out. I didn't like half of the dub. There were some good eps here and there but most of it is forgettable but the japanese version is spectacular. I'm glad I can continue watching YYH again in japanese. Can't stand the dub of it any more thanks to it. Which I guess is a good thing. Out. -

Well I got an idea I've been wanting to do lately. Problem is I can see this vid with two animes. The song could work with either E's Otherwise, or Speedgrapher. Another thing is, everytime I go to to make a Speedgrapher video I get bored with it easily and throw it into the scrap heap. And amazingly the song is not overused, the artist kind of is but at least the song is original. Just need to figure out which anime I want to go with.
Another vid I want to work on is a remake of my old Trunks video but I might use a different song by the same artist. Just because I like the flow of that song and it'll be easier to do it with and I'll be able to change it up a bit. I've been itching to do another Dragon Ball Z video for a while now.
Glad to see at least one of my videos made it into another con. One of my newests ones too! So you can breathe a sigh of relief that you're not going up against my Canaan video. I wish I had this done in time for Ota but oh well didn't make that one any ways. Out.
