Alright as some of you know I have made quite a few videos. All of which I have come to realize suck really bad. I think it is time I put an end to this. Which is why this next video I'm currently working on will be the best by far. If I could rate the effort that I put into my earlier videos it would probably be a 50. Comparing that to the video I'm doing now I would say the new one would have to be around a 6,000. I posted my vids in the announcement forum and every time I thought I had made the best video I could. And each time my video would get slammed with comments like "Put more effort into it. Actually try working on your vids". I used to make an amv in about 4 hours. Well now Its been 2 weeks and I'm not even done ripping the video, I drew out an outline so I could become more organized. I looked threw the animes I wanted to use and planned what clips i would want to put where. I even wrote a song format so that I could get the lip sync right. I'm using Sony Vegas 6.0. And I just recently learned how to mask on it. That will make this next video better. I used to use WMM. I re-encoded the video atleast 3 times when I used that. That made the video quality go down drasticly. Now I'm using a compressed AVI. I actually am trying to use a song that has something to do with the theme of my vid. My older vids didn't have themes. This will be the first video I will enter into a AMV contest. Its called Anime Evolution. Its in Vancouver, Canada. I think that entering this contest will help me put more effort into my video so that I might actually win something. I guess that is motivation. Or it just might be its going to be shown to a bunch of people and I don't want it to suck lol. I also have recently gotten into BLENDER. Its a 3D animation studio. And a couple of other things. I don't think I will be using it in the video I'm doing now, but hopefully the next. My hope is that I could get one of my vids in the top ten % on the .org. This next video of mine will also be dedicated to my mother who passed away last week. She would always like to watch my vids. Even if they were really bad. I guess thats why I'm trying so hard on this vid.
