man I feel worn out already today...
Couldn't get to sleep til 5am friday, 4am saturday, and then 2:30-ish this morning
I finally watched Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex Solid State Society, and if you liked the other GITS movies/series then you'll like this movie too
I kinda wish that it would've ended before 2am...but I wouldn't have gotten to sleep any earlier (no thanks to the drunks in the suite)
So far my AWWWWW vid has gotten 4 qc's

I think the 2 comments in the middle kinda missed the point

It was fun to make, which is what matters...and it tore me away from homework.
speaking of, I was working on it (again) last night (circuits hw this time)
I thought that I was doing everything right, but it wasn't working.
I bring it in to class and show my friend the "fun" he gets to work on
I then realize that I made a fairly significant mistake...and then I knew exactly why I couldn't solve the set of equations for that circuit...
so I get to re-label the drawing of the circuit and re-write all the equations and solve those equations (again)
Top priority though is my Programming Language Concepts hw as it's due by midnight
either I'm just getting worse at getting homework done, or I'm much busier and am getting more homework
time for Dynamics lecture *walks 30 feet from outside of class to inside class*

I got so excited about waiting for the upload to be put on my video that I forgot to confirm the upload ^_^;
I tried to record my AWWWWW on my desktop...but it didn't really work so well.
I had to record the sound on my laptop.
...that coupled with premiere pro would jump around when I was previewing made it take a bit longer than it should have.
...I still can't believe that I did some rotoscoping for this -

d*@&...I have a lot of homework
tried to finish dynamics, but couldn't solve 2 of the 4 problems. (I was working on this since monday)
turns out one was very misleading, and we were given a "substitute" problem we could do instead...which I ended up doing (and finished in about 8 minutes)
the other one...is just a mystery. I spent a couple of hours working on that one, went in to get help from a TA at office hours today...but the TA didn't show up >_>
after that I started working on Circuits, which has me trying to do problems many times more complex than the in-class examples (which are pretty much best-case scenarios)
I gave up on that after a few hours...I only have 2 or 3 more problems left to do for that
After the frustration on Circuits I started my programming languages concepts homework...
d@*&, it's just as bad as everything else.
I'm stuck on trying to figure out how to implement quicksort in ML (meta language)
it really sucks trying to write code without being able to compile and test it
also stuck on how to apply a function to every element in a list, and then returning a list of every element of the first list that returns true when passed to that function
after this I get to do more discrete programming structures.
fun with sets, and operations on aforementioned sets.
At the beginning of lecture for this homework my professor started with, "I assume that all of you have studied sets in the past"...which I haven't.
this semester just keeps getting better and better :/

alright, I'm almost caught up on homework but still have reading to do
almost forgot that I had some homework due today (discrete info structures and circuits 1)...so I was up til about 1 pumping that stuff out.
You remember when I said I was gonna have to talk to my roommate about the vodka?
I didn't see it again that night, so I didn't bring it up.
Saw it again tonight, so I brought it up.
He agreed to keep it out of our room without any complaints, which is always nice.

I think I'm gonna turn in pretty early tonight...or at least try to.
maybe do some reading while finishing up the last few episodes of s-cry-ed...then starting in on Higurashi vol 2 (I also got Higurashi vol 3, Air vol 1, GITS SAC SSS and a pvc figure of Saber at AWA)
Before I forget, I was wandering through the artist's alley at AWA on Sunday and came across this brilliantly done print of Yagami Light with black wings swinging a sythe...I ended up buying it, along with a cool Sephiroth print
maybe I'll get my webcam going again someday so I can upload a pic of the figure and the prints

I have no idea what the heck you are going on about.
but it's still an entertaining read...maybe you should try stinging viper's head and staying there where it can't get you, just be sure to hold on tight so you don't get thrown off - 2007-09-25 10:14:25 as an amendment to my last entry, I also learned that embassy suites has the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on.
