AWA was good times
and now I'm tired, but I have to wait for my laundry so I have clothes to wear tomorrow and did I mention that I was tired? because if I didn't I just wanna let you know that I am tired.

Ack, I did something to my back while I was moving into the dorms today.
Lifting the tv did it for me, not carrying it from the truck into my room, but picking it up a little higher to be able to get it into my room. Strange, stupid...and a bit uncomfortable.
despite that my Dad and I managed to get everything into my room in 3 trips...and I just got everything set up not too long ago.
Back to folding@home for me, gpu2 client is looking like it'l net me about 1700 points per day (better than the 1150 I was managing with the other [smp] version I was running on linux)
Met all my suitemates today, and it's looking promising for this year
Roommate seems like a nice guy, and at the very least we have more in common than my roommate and I did last year.
temperature is about 78-79 F...a bit warm, but livable
poor compy is running at 36C idle (47 C at 75% load) :( -

Almost forgot to brag about my car's MPG
Filled up yesterday, and I started using some gas-saving tactics on this last tank.
MPG before: ~27-29
MPG on last tank: 36.5
Yeah, it's a small car (87 Lynx) but +9 mpg is still nothing to sneeze at.
With a little more practice I can probably get 40MPG
take that you new-fangled hybrid cars
