Kariudo Sanjuro (12:14:22 AM): so what I did was I had to completely redesign the vco as the old revision would not properly interface with the temperature sensing module when I tried to add the output from that module to the trigger line on the 555 ic. With the new design there are a few flaws, like no output frequency when the control voltage is less than 0, and a varying duty cycle (which shouldn't affect the speaker that is recieving this signal)

bahh...sooo~ tired
moving my computer across campus twice in one day isn't easy.
Today was the IEEE-CS lan party (3rd or 4th one)
Total attendance was ~10 people, better than in the past.
Tons of fun, played Quake 4, Unreal Tournament (one of the first versions of it), Warcraft 3 (I still own at line tower wars), and people brought their wii's so we also had guitar hero 3 and SSBB going too
The friend who picked me up from the dorms (so I only had to carry my computer to the front door and then to another front door and up 3 floors) also had plans to meet up with some "girl" he met while playing halo 3. As it turned out, she really was a girl and she ended up hanging out with the rest of us nerds for the majority of the time.
Moral of the story: Girls on the internet, not just a myth
Computer still works, and is now back to folding
now I'm tired and stinky and need to take a shower and go to bed so I can wake up and do laundry and homework tomorrow

it's just a cold, and only lasts a day (usually) but yeah...feeling pretty crappy.
Managed to wake up and drag myself to micro lab, where my partner and I are now caught up. Got evaluated for lab 2 and did a little more wiring and couldn't take it anymore. Left early for lab and I've been in bed since.
now that I'm out of bed (though I could type this from my bed if I wanted O: ) I took the opportunity to convert some of the old amke pages to the new format.
Also looked at absentee voting, cuz voting is smexy -
