    i actually laughed at that.
    having super crazy effects from ANY program (much less photoshop or after effects, etc.) doesn't measure the EFFORT put into your video. someone could put a hell of a lot of effort into a video with out having any effects in it at all; but if you want to base effort of a video off of what program they use and not off the hours, blood, sweat, and tears put into it, then that's your opinion. But I have to disagree that having madskillz in photoshop = effort.
