About the deleted amv, you shouldn't be uploading non-amvs to an amv website in the first place, so I don't think it deserves a warning.

And saying things like 'the admin must have it in for me' will definately make them not take a liking to you.

I know it sucks getting banners rejected and videos deleted but that's the rules. *shrug*
