- Slow 2005-08-20 03:03:24 Progress has pretty much dropped off the map.... I think i lost inspiration for the project. *shrug* i've got a prelimiary cut i might as well get out there just so i have something to show.... I really was looking forward to doing my own mix, but hell, i'm really not feeling the desire to reach out and do it, so i'll let it be, just another music video, alike all the others.
- Revisions 2005-07-18 03:54:15 Despite being on the road for the next couple weeks working on my other big time hobbie, photography, I’ve been resolving to think over the cut I made recently for the short piece. I think what's happened is I’ve made too linear of a story progression, I need to break up the structure more than I have and let the story progress more ideally rather than narratively. Either way, it's going to be September before I get close to getting picture lock for this project. *Sigh* Post-production is an arduous process....as it goes I suppose.
- 2nd Version 2005-07-12 03:28:46 It looks like I’ll be producing two versions of this piece. I stumbled upon a piece of Music by "Him" that perfectly augments the piece in terms of emotional state. I'm surprised completely be this discovery. So as It goes there will be two versions, the short version titled "Here After All" featuring the song 'Join Me in Death' By "Him" and a longer final version with an extended ending that'll feature a full sound mix I’ll create personally. I'm quite happy with many things; however, I hate being able to see all the flaws I create. But I suppose; that's how it has to be. It's the only way to continue to grow stronger.
- headway 2005-07-11 14:40:12 I swear, i'm going to one day hunt down Chainsaw Linux> I'm so sick of crashes ;_; i must have lost about fourty minutes of work. But despite the setback i did manage to rework that first section link into something more palatable. Thank god. With a few more tweaks i think the first two sections can really work in Harmony.
- Cuts: 2005-07-11 00:20:07 After consideration the flash cuts i've been using to link the first movment with the second aren't working at all. They aren't adding anything to the piece.... :| bum-mer. I need to really get on this, i'm gonna be away from it for three weeks coming up here, might be easily another month or two before completion...i haven't even begun working with the mix yet...EEk!
