It's under way.
I have such enthusiasm for this project. The more I piece together in my mind how I want it to play out, the more fiercely political it gets. The through-line for this project is war, race, and oppression, so if these topics don't allude to what I’m working towards you best get ready, because this is going to be something else – huge! I'm already proud of it, and I’m still compiling all the shots....yeah, maybe I should calm myself a little, I still have a long road to hoe.

I think there is nary a thing I can do to suppress my excitement for the upcoming movie Jarhead. It looks so deliciously brilliant I’m practically drooling over it. And in anticipation for this movie, I’ve stumbled upon the a brilliant idea for a new project, but I’ll only say this:
Jesus walks.

- *grumbling...* 2005-09-02 01:56:51 So after several system crashes, a fight with my decrepit automobile and more hours of cursing and staring blankly into my monitor; it's done. The sound mix is complete (or at least as complete as I’m willing to go with it.) I went back in, reworked the titling, and it's damn well near ready for release. It's amazing how every time I complete a film project I feel so elated and desponded at the same time. Emotions are a fickle thing... honestly.
