Thank Goodness It's Fridays!
2002-01-18 19:36:21
Well! Today is Friday, the beautiful day of a start of a three day weekend, because I just happen to have off Monday for Martin Luther King. God bless his soul for making the United States more United. Of course, It's all a lie, because I don't really believe in God! As you can probably see, I am extremely hyper in all ways. Now for my day's past schedule and the schedule still to come!
Well, it started out with me waking up at about 6:00am, when I'm actually supposed to wake up around 5:30am. I hurried up and got ready within about 4 - 5 minutes. I was out the door about 5 minutes later. I really hate having to catch the bus in the freezing morning. I wish I had my license and a car already. Nothing really much happened at school. In my English class, we had to give dialogue presentations with our partner. We randomly selected scenes. Ours was that we were 25 year old twins that just met for the first time ever. It was odd, because we look nothing alike. Well, it was sorta fun, but when I got back to my seat, the girl, who I used to like that sat next to me, said that I did a good job. I just went "Feh." It was odd. The rest of the day was pretty easy and not very fun. We did get to finish watching Toy Story in Spanish though, so that was cool.
I came back and decided to burn a CD really quick to see if my burner was really indeed messed up. I downloaded Nero, but it doesn't seem to work and says that there's a virus on my computer. I don't know, but my friend got that same exact message from Nero. I then decided to burn with the same program that couldn't, but this time, I took out the song that had been messed up previously. I burned it, keeping a close eye on it as it went through the process to make sure nothing would go wrong at all. I then tried to play it in the burner, but for some odd reason, it didn't. I thought that my burner was seriously messed up for a second. Then I decided to play it in my CD-Rom, where it actually worked! I was so proud that I ran downstairs to show and tell her all about it.
I then decided to play some Final Fantasy VIII. I've gotten 100 Haste for Irvine and Quistis. Rinoa, Selphie, and Squall are all at Level 100 now, so I'm only using Squall to get the others up to their levels. I guessed that I should try to get the Tonberry King and went to the Cetra Ruins to try to beat some Tonberries up and get my new GF. They were kind of hard at first, but then I developed a strategy against them. I would let them hit my Squall with their Judgement thingy/lantern. It would bring my Squall down to the point, where it would be easy for him to reach his limits faster, but he wasn't down yet. I would just wait for my Squall's limit each time with Irvine and Quistis fighting the Tonberry. I would then unleash my Squall's limit. I then found out that Squall had a hidden limit called Lion Heart. I was amazing to see that it was the most destructive force in the entire game. I stopped playing after I beat around 14 - 17 Tonberries. I think I only need to beat 18 to get to the Tonberry King.
Well, that would bring everything to this very point, because I came online to explain my day's events in detail. Tonight, or after this, I'll probably be video editing for about 4 - 5 hours with chatting with friends at the same time. Then I hope to play some more Final Fantasy VIII into the daytime. I'm hoping to get the Tonberry King tonight! Well, I'm guessing that you're getting a bit tired of reading this. If you actually have read this much of my Journal post, then congratulate yourself, because this is actually the most that I've ever written!

Current Schedule
2002-01-16 22:58:11
I think I have my next couple of weeks mapped out. An hour each day, I'll spend about an hour to learn more about Adobe Prmiere and After Effects. After I learn enough about each, I'll be able to write guides that will go on my new website, which I am developing in Developing Internet Applications in school. Everyday, I'll try to play an hour to about two hours of Final Fantasy VIII also. That should take up a majority of a lot of my free time online. I'm also in several RPGs over Dal.Net on mIRC. The one that I mostly participate in is #FFRPG, which is my channel. We're still looking for some people to come and join the RPG. I'm still trying to get Nero for my new burner, because I think that something is wrong with the software that came with it, because it does ever make an audio CD the way it's supposed to be made. Anyway, I'll be posting in later this week, most likely Friday.

Sunday Schedule
2002-01-13 23:44:11
Well, I know that it's near the end of the day, but I thought about posting this this morning, but I'd rather do it now, summarizing my Sunday. I woke up around 9:30 and got on the computer, where I started playing Final Fantasy VIII. I got Rinoa up to level 100, but haven't gotten her best weapon. I can't get a Force Armlet. I started to get Quistis and Irvine up to level 100, but it may take a while. Then I just came online and made that post that I did this morning. Please read it; I consider my Deep Thoughts column very influential and may help you one day. I burned a couple CDs, but they turned out to be horrible. The same song got really messed up. I don't know if it's the song, the software, or my burner. If it's my burner, then I really don't like it. I'll have to return it. I'm hoping that Nero software will make it all better. Then I started to do homework, which didn't take me all that long. I came back online after that just to talk to friends and stuff. After that, I had to work on my Physics lab, which is due tomorrow. I had a little trouble with the graphs, but I think it turned out okay. I ate dinner then and came back to finish up my lab. I then started to surf the web and ended up posting this long Journal entry. I'd like to do this everyday, but sometimes I just don't like posting at all, because I never have anything to say. I'm about to get offline in about thirty minutes or so, so I can play a little more Final Fantasy VIII. I have to reconvert all of the files for my Duo Maxwell music video to MPEG. Premiere won't take it as a .AVI. I'm slowly learning Premeire and After Effects. I hope to use them in my Final Fantasy VIII music video with dazzle!

Deep Thoughts: January 13, 2002
2002-01-13 10:39:29
A lot of people around the world have deep depression. From the poor to the rich, most people have it. It's not a case that can't happen to you either. It's mostly caused by a lack of love from the people around you, or at least the sense that you can't acheive to be at the level that you want to be at. For example, if a guy, who was deeply in love with a woman, recently broke up with her, then he would go through a period of depression, until he found another person, that got him over his ex-girlfriend. What I'm trying to say is, that people give themselves depression. Don't let it get the best of you. You can overcome it.

Grades and Other Stuff...
2002-01-11 16:52:35
Well, I got my report card from the mail just less than 30 minutes ago. I'm online posting them for everyone to see, but I don't know why I'm doing this. I can still change my History grade from a C to a B, I think. Maybe even an A, if I'm lucky. I just have to correct my papers and e-mail them to my teacher sometime. I'm hoping to do all of my homework tonight, so I can just relax, play games, and video edit the rest of the weekend. Well, I guess I'll post my grades now.
