Meh. Had a pounding headache after work last night. I can't understand the sheer stupidity of people sometimes. For example: I will never ever do network troubleshooting again over the phone. I hardly think I'm any kind of a master at the stuff, but I'm not a novice either. What should have taken me 10 minuites took about 30 minuites and we got nothing done. If you don't know your equipment, I cant help you.
Anyway, I posted a new video, FINALLY, though it's nothing great. Ah well, it's cool none the less.
As it is, my life is a mess. Ah, school+work+hockey+social life. God I love being young. I planned on writing a full bitchfest about it, but thats not why people read journals here, right? I'll try to keep it strictly to AMVS and music :D
Fuckers in Germany. They got A Night At The Opera, I have to wait 14 more days. >:(

Guess it was about time I wrote in my journal again. I've been kind of putting it off out of boredom and nothing to really write. I've gotten about 200 hits on my website in the past 2 days, and I really wasn't sure if they were actual visits, or someone was just hammering it. So I checked and lo and behold, someone took whats on the page the wrong way. Thats fine, because whenever I do an update, I intend to upset the ones who cant take sarcasm. It was brought up in the AMV.org list at yahoo, and When I checked the message this is what I got:

I know ErMac is a great guy from reading all the e-mails and hearing
about all the help he has given to those getting into
the 'industry'. I'm not one to dwell on trivial words, but I thought
this was just wrong.
If I had made a vid and came in second to ErMac or really, anyone,
hell, I'd be ecstatic.

I was pretty amused with it, actually. It caused me to leave the update I have on the page up for a few more days, just so everyone could get a look at it. I guess I'm just a selfish bastard who wants nothing more than to always win, and ErMaC is the devil and should die.

Actually, I was quite impressed with my humor, and anyone who knows me from here even partially knows I'm a sarcastic bitch. I didn't really expect anyone to take it personally, but whatever. If he wants to think I'm like the 50,000 other people on the site who bash ermac, whatever. No skin off my nose, right? I was gonna clarify the statements I listed, but I really dont feel I need to to anyone other than ErMaC himself, and quite frankly, I think he'll agree with me.
Bah, so enough incoherent babbling. You want news updates? I've got news updates. Blind Guardian is releasing their new album in the states on the 19th of next month, 2 days after my b-day. I'm still trying to get the will and time to finish my anime north 2002 entry. Sent it to someone who thought it was a fairly good video, and my college is hosting a Video Competition. Gonna enter that too, cash prize of 100 would be nice.
I've got a throw away booring video I've been working on too set to Crystal Methods There is Hope remix which is coming out kind of cool, but I've gotta mail a bunch of creators I've stolen source from if I plan on releasing it :D, otherwise, It'll just cycle between my friends and I wont even put my name on it. (not that I was going to anyway)
I wanna get started on the 14 minuite video I've got planned too, but that involves finishing trigun and getting my EVA disc's back. Blah. Enough for now. Good bye. -

Simpersons Server is back up (yay.). With limitations on how many people can download videos (boo.). So thats the good news today.
The bad news is the fact that I want to bang my head against the wall repeatedly, slit my wrists and write My Dying Bride lyrics in the snow. Well, not because it's Vday and I'm alone (actually, I prefer it that way.) but because last night, my car decided it didn't want to have breaks anymore. No warning, the breaks just decided "Hey, wouldn't it be funny if we just STOPPED working? Ha ha!"
Yah, so my car is sitting at my college if it didn't get towed. heh. WEEE - Dunno if I'm missing break fluid, the hose got damaged from the rolling hubcap I ran over (unavoidable, it's not like I aimed for it dammit) or if my front breaks just died. Gahh.
Thinking about finshing my throw together video today. Kind of a n33t concept, but before I post it, I'ma have to write to a LOT of AMV creators. (I borrowed most of it, because I'm lazy/didn't have footage to use.) So If I don't get permission from them, I'll unshare it and distribute only to friends. Not like I'd enter this garbage into a con, because technically it sucks, but it's a cool Idea. Enough rambling.
Got the day off today, so sw33t. My car is broke so I cant do anything, boo. Ah well, tomarrows the big VCA day. Wonder how I'll do. (Snort...)
