Gods what a great day it's been and it's only 11:30am
I woke up at 9:30 which is a rarity for me, I've got the day off and it's the first nice SPRING day Buffalo NY has seen in .. 9 months. Sun is shining, there's JUST the right amount of humidity in the air, slight breeze, and about 74 degrees. Unf.
I had to go out and deliver my tape to my college film festival because the one I sent in the mail broke. I stepped outside and instantly smiled. That has never happened to me before. Weather NEVER has effect on my mood. I rolled down my window, popped in A Night At The Opera (By Blind Guardian, not Queen) and drove to school (which is about 20 miles of completely open road.) nothing like having the radio blaring singing along and doing 70.
Dropped off the tape, got gas and decided that today would be a good day to do what everyone else seems to love doing here, I just drove. I drove right past my house, hopped on the thruway and drove. Listened to the entire CD before finally stopping in mediaplay and while searching for a gamma ray cd, found an Every Mothers Nightmare new release.
This is 90's cheese at it's max ladies and gents. When my father died, I found an EMN cd at his house, and played it. They're hilarious. I didn't give them much thought, because I figured they'd be a one cd band, but lo and behold, found em at media play. Good stuff.
And today is only going to get better, if I'm right. -

Sending off my new video to competition. Joining into the Anime North Competition, and while I qualify for the novice entry level, I'd probably blow away any competition, so they'll probably stick me into intermediate. *Shrugs* Thats fine.
Also entering the College video editing contest, where there is cash prize involved, which is good. Should be releasing that video around may to the internet public. look for it, it's my best stuff.
On another hand, there's been growing interest in the Blind Eva project, which is cool and as my dvd burner is dead, I cant do any editing -_-. Also, I emailed Elvenking (www.elvenking.net) and they seem pretty enthusiastic about the idea of me doing a video to one of their songs (not me personally, but the idea of having it done.) So I want to decide anime/song to do. If you enjoy rock, check them out, it's well worth your time, and some suggestions would be cool. Posting in Video Suggestions forum too. Currently thinking Trigun or Angelic Layer to the Regality Dance -
