Nothing from yourself in your video?

My sister recently said that when you make a good video, you should remove your feeling of enthusiasm, in other words, soul from it. She thinks that all proffesional videos are done like that. And the more I think of it, the more I think she might be right. Right now I can recall one like that - "Recollection".
Isn't the feeling of creators's excitement about video disturbing when you watch it? - Pending vote 2006-04-25 19:01:35 I'm smart enough to add my nickname to the name of my banners submitted! Praying for success,... I already had 20 submitted, 2 of them *almost* won. Well, I have plenty good ideas for banners in mind and my photoshop skills are good. And I also have another music video to accomplish very soon. So things are going great anyway.

It still sucks to me if video size is more than 50 mb. Everytime I see, like, a promising video and it's 85 mb, I already don't want to download.... I know big size is for super-cool quality but... I also know that any good video can be compressed up to 40 mb and good quality is kept. I know lot's of people here have unlimited traffic but MY traffic is limited and it seems like no one cares. Or these people think their videos THAT good?
Guys with those super-cool videos could at least make a preview of 10 mb and put a direct link to yousend it or rapidshare, I'd download it for sure. They could make a preview not to a full video but 40 to 60 seconds so I would like to see more.
