An AMV Showing Event?

Ok so I have been showing weird and unusual amvs at school lately... Mostly because three days out of the week I have to go to school and since I have no real life I hang out in the student lounge.
However recently I started thinking about turning it into an event or something along those lines. Each week gather up a bunch of amvs maybe even Betas and show them to an audience and then critique them or something along those lines. This would go well with the fact that I am trying to start an anime club in the first place. If you are interested Let me know through a PM in the forums and I will rush this into the works. This would be good because then all who entered their amvs into the showing would get some rather un-biased ops on their videos.
Oh well... Also if anyone who was a member of an anime club in the past has a copy of their old bilaws could you send me a copy as I still need to get the club underway.... many thanx in advance.
wow has it really been a whole week since I started doing this thing wow! very cool - Ninja Warrior 2007-12-03 01:49:20 Ok so my family finally has TV again after 3 weeks (woot :P) and we hooked up to DSN so we have crapload of new channels. so I start watching G4TV yesterday and got instantly hooked on this show Ninja Warrior or as they call it in Japan Sasuke. It is a 4part obstacle course which 100 people battle through and after like 1800 people have competed only 2 have ever actaully finished all 4 parts. Hence me appearing to be dead the last 2 nights. OK Crack the sky my problem with Ayumix drama was the mass flaming. I watched Ayumix today and I was floored by the flawless audio changes...(I am a audiophile) and my problem is that people don't show respect to the fact that someone took time to work on this. Doesn't it say in our ops that we shouldn't flame if you aren't going to in an op why on the forums. Constructive criticism is what we need to give not a "you suck shut the hell up" it should be "I didn't like this and here is why". This organization was put into place to collect every amv ever made good or bad, and then let us hone our skills as artists. What happened on the Forums with ayumix was not constructive. Let us all remember that. I am not trying to get high and mighty I am just trying to remember what the org stands for and where our place in it is. I may be a bit naive and I will admit it to your face quite often that hey I don't know but this is very blatant to me that nothing constructive came from the feed back it received on the forums. Sorry if I come across a bit snotty because of this but I am going off of what I have seen.

Keep doing what you do. I hope that I can someday scratch at the talent you show in the Project... I know my videos are rather rough and I will probably get better with time but I am floored by hte amount of skill shown here. all the best.
Sorry for the Tirade I went on there I have some strong feelings on flaming... as well as what I have labeled "Noobtube comments" which is stuff that pretty much goes "That was feckin awesome" and not elaborating on it. Logic is a basic part of criticism and reasons must be made. so the point I am trying ot make is think before you start flaming the crap out of people. though a good lot this may do those who flame incessantly will probably never read this journal anyway.
