- Finished another AMV now on to the next one 2001-12-08 18:09:35 Yeah I am back to making AMVs and since I have had a three day weekend (day off on Friday). I worked on my new AMV "Slang" on Thrusday and finished it on Firday. Now it is Saturday and I want to work on my next AMV, but the thing is I am searching for as much Brolly clips as I can (except Movie 11, because I do not like that movie and it don't fit with what I am going to be doing) because I want to use clips of Brolly not usually shown on DBZ action or other AMVs. Yeah I know DBZ action AMVs are a dime a dozenb ut I can't help it Brolly is by far my most favorite character in DBZ and is the only reason why I like the highly over rated Dragon Ball Z show. After I finish the Brolly video I will stop for awhile and then work on some more. Yeah I know I have made 53 AMV( Brackstreet Sayjins don't count, it is a Metal Wolf Moment(sound clip(parody)). But I love AMV making, and anyway I am going to start working on a RPG soon (something that me and Shadow thought of) mostly just to see how far I can get with it. As for now I will put up Slang AMV and then maybe se eif Popndeth wants to host them. But I do not know if I should, because he is going through problems with Penguin Hosting. Who knows I am still thinking about it.
- 99.8% of all AMVs hosted 2001-12-03 22:54:01 Well patience does have its virtues I guess. Popndeth fixed the links and so on. I heard he is having problems with Penguinhosting. So I will not bother him with my two new AMVs. Ofh I forgot I finished the "Special" video but I willw ait awhile before I make it official. As of right now I am taking another break off AMVs and I think I will go to making some new Metal Wolf Moments. Then I go on to make more. As of right now I am alright, still thinking about that Zelgadis thing. But it does not bother me as much now.
- I feel like Metallica 2001-12-02 19:30:35 I do not know wether to be complemented or pissed off at what I just seen. I was looking to see if any new AMVs caught my eye and I seen this Zelgadiss video made by NoExusedrummer. So I thought, wow a Zel video this could be good. So I downloaded it and after watching a great AMV by Dark Sheinder(sorry if spelt wrong) I thought this one would be good since I knew the song was good. And once I started watching it I seen that it began much like mine but then I thought oh well, once one minute into the AMV I was thinking ok this is exactly like my AMV, into the middle of it I was getting pissed off because that guy copied my AMV just putting a different song over it. I checked many important parts of the AMV and they were still there. And at the end I relaxed a bit when he had "Base: Metal Wolf - I am Zelgadis". Right now I feel like Metallica when they discovered Napster but I do not knwo wether to bitch or to just walk away and say hey at least you have fans who do covers of your work. The thing is I would have rathered he ask if he could or just do it himself. Honestly I wish the guy who have originality to do the AMV himself with his own clips. Either this guy is too lazy to do his own AMV or too poor to buy his own Slayers stuff. I spent a large sum of money buying slayers. Right now I am going to watch some of the rest of his AMVs see if he either stole it off others or actually made them himself. Right now I am both complemented and pissed off at the same time.
- finished Memory 2001-12-01 02:56:50 my 51st AMV is finished, now tomorrow I will start on 52 AMV which was the AMV I was talking about before. Funny woke up and went upstairs to find that George Harrision is dead. Now that is something to shock me through the day. I am not a truely big fan of The Beatles but I respect them, and this guy I do not mind his music because I have his greatest hits album in my old rock'n'roll shelf. As of right now in tribute to him I am playing the album. Espacially playing my two favorite George Harrision songs "Got My Mind Set On You" and "Poor Little Girl". RIP George Harrision. We got 2 Beatles on earth living and 2 Beatles in heaven. Who knows I am tired so I am going to sleep. cya
- New AMV 2001-11-28 12:19:39 Well after asking for help on making a sort of memory transition I tried to do them. But I wasn't really satisfied with what came through in my AMV so when I shown the people I usually show before anyone else sees them said it works better without the memory transition and they told me that it should be left how it is without no transitions. I sort of agreed and now it is finished. I am not putting it out on the database yet I am still get others opinions before I make it official. After I get the ok by others I will put it on the AMV.org database then start work on the oldest AMV idea I have. It is an AMV that I have wanted to do way before I wanted to get into AMV making, when I was just a fan I said to myself I would like to make Generator GAwl AMV to "Brass In Pocket" by The Pretenders espacially after I got a weird idea on how the chorus would go. But when I got my AMV making stuff I didn't do the AMV because I only had Generator Gawl movies 1 and 2 so I thought I would wait till I got all the epsidoes in the series before I started. I got the idea just about 2 years ago and now after the opinions for Only One Memory come back to me I will start on the Masami video.
