- How did I not know I wouldn't make it 2003-02-24 22:35:45 Well I knew inside I wasn't gonna be nominated for anything here, never am never will. I will never win any awards. I felt that I have a good chance of getting the most improved award nominee but I didn't I guess that is fine. There is always next year, I can hope that History In Anime will do well for next year. What I am worried about right now is that I got to make another great AMV because I reallyw ant to win at least one award sometime in this little hobby of mine. Mark my words I will someday I guess this is isn't my time yet.

As the Viewers Choice Awards loom, I am excited and very hopefully that I may win some awards. Expect me to try and promote/nag peopel to vote for me or see my AMVs and possible vote upon them. I guess from the selected awards this is one that would be for each of them, fromt he AMVs I made in 2002.

I guess I feel that if there was one award that I would be most likely to win if I had any confidence was the the Most Improved Creator award. I felt over 2002 my AMVs have really improved. If you dont beleive me watch them and compare them to my old videos. I see a big difference.
I guess thinking I will win any awards would be asking for much since I have a feeling this year's award ceremony will be dominated by the regular AMV creaotr slike ErMaC and others. I can expect the Shameless Rock Video to win honors. I guess the most i hope for is to be one of the nominees this year. I know for next year my History In Anime AMV will be a nominee I have all the confidence in it.
My plan right now is when I get my Ranma 1/2 DVD :Rice Cakes Of Love I will rip scenes I need from it as well as from the Depths of Dispair. And put them in the places that need more strength before the nominations start.
I have my fingers crossed in hopes that would win at leas tone award, and be a spit in the face to all in the past who beleived I sucked.
I will give big props to the best AMV I Have seen so far in 2003, Midnight from Pwolf absolutely amazing AMV. -

More and more problems with people and the link, yet when I "save target as" it, it still works alright, a bit slow but that is something that is beyond my power since someone is hosting it for me. Now Phade says that the link uses it as a referal or something. I guess I still don't know what was/is going on still. All I did was put the link of the music video on the link area and that is it. It seems that thats all I know. I have to say hosting music videos has become nothing but a big nucance these days. Quite honestly people are complaining this and that when I don't know what to do, I would like to know how to make everyone happy. I am lucky enough that the guy who is hosting them is kind enough to host them.
Sorry but this whole fiasco is driving me nuts, so please somebody with some knowlege in this tell me what should I do, get a web page and put all the links there? I don't think that would fix anything, and if it would I would like it explained why it would be better because if I put it on my geocities then geocicites would bitch at me for bandwidth. There I spoke my mind. - Videos will be back on tonight 2003-01-30 22:01:36 After allt he mix up I am trying to get the videos back on before the night is over, I got to go to sleep early and get up early tomorrow to get back into school again. So if the problem arises again it may be done int he night and not imediately like it has been today. Megadeth is up now, BOOH2 will be up later, then History In Anime, the Sounds Of War 2.

Hosting for a night

Well last night I thought and hoped I was back in the saddle at least for a month but like my former host it crumbles but this one crumbles more quickly. First one was a attempted hacking job, this could be the same or somethign else. The first one my friend isn't allowed to tell me who did it. This new host i had last night I had control over it and now it seems when I wake up it is gone too, it is really pissing me off. I see only two things tha tmay have happened.
My host litterally deleted them off the server for reasons I have no idea. Either bandwidth or my personality as of late who knows.
or the other thing that may have happened, ballsless hackers attack me again for no particular reason just to "motivate" me again.
Honestly I wish these hackers would get a life, I have a feeling most of these hackers feel since they can't settle their ways with words or fist they much rather hide themselves behind a computer and wreck someone else, in my opinion people like that deserve divine retributiont he fact my best friend is a good one (but he doesn't flaunt his abilities like a bully) prooved the first attemp was futile.
Either that or I am just over reacting but it has to be something since I checked the FTP server and my videos I added yesturday were not there, looks like I will have get myself my own server, I am sick and tired of having others host it for me and having it fail in a matter of days. Hopefully before the contest begins I can get a more stable server if this new host wont work with me.
