- New life 2004-04-24 13:59:20 With the help of SQ, Janzki, and Scintilla (whose always a help). I would work on the AMV right now but I go to work in a short bit. Hopefully when I get home I will work on that part and see if I can make heads or tails out of what the 3 said. I think I can get it done but who knows. With those shrinking scenes out of the way then I can get on to the other things I wanted to do with the AMV.
- Big problem 2004-04-24 02:03:05 Looks like I have a big problem with probably a major part of the AMV I want to do. I want once clip to shink to the left bottom corner while still playing full (at its fulls-meaning seeing everything) while another sceen is playing, having that shrunken clip covering the left corner. I thought I could do it and I beleive I could its jsut when in th emotion area when I tell it to move to the left corner it goes there then either zooms completely out or in and not just right. If I can't figure out this problem I might as well scrap this AMV because it is a crucial part not to mention I will have to use it many times within the AMV shrinking and un shrinking. It would be a major disapointment to have to scrap this project because of that since I really want to do this AMV. Either or knowing how to do this sort of magic trick (I call it) maybe useful for me in other AMVs. I asked the forum for help, I always feel like they will just ridcule me and make fun of me like I see them do to many newbies once in awhile. It makes me feel so pathetic asking for help. I have been making AMVs and I still know very little about how to do certain things that many others only needed a year to learn.

Jeeze everyones so mad these days, its only when I am mad everyone is in a good mood. Just the way things are these days. I agree with Rubyeye that people have bad taste in music these days (you dont want to see my city except me and one of other guy, everyone else likes rap and pop music practically). I dont really watch much current AMVs anymor eonly when I am feeling like it would I go on the super search and search a certain band or anime title, thats mostly it. I dont watch alot unless its the VCAs when I am going to vote for some AMVs.
I would like to think that the AMVs I make hav enothing force fed to me MTV/Much Music wise. Most the music I have heard through experience, through friend sort of through Rubyeye.

Back to the AMV grind

WWE Backlash kicked ass, however now that I am back home its back to work on my next AMV. Its great that i have until June 7th to get the rounds of my AMVs done. I plan on making 3 AMVs for the contest (if I get the time that is) Animethon 11 and Anime Evolution. I am not going to rush things though this AMV I am working on is the most important of them all. The other two I am thinking of I can do if time permits me.
I already got the AMV 30% done but now I am getting more clips for the other parts of the AMV. More or less getting clips as I need them and not just going through anime first with raw footage and work with what I had like I used to. So far the anime I have planned for the AMV is

And any others that I may find useful I dont want to use fansubs but for Cowboy Bebop I may just have to since I dont have the funds to buy more of the DVDs that I need. I just have vol 2,3 and the movie. Not to mention I can get Gunslinger Girls as well but I want to refrain from it.
As for the other two they are just ideas, things may change after I finish "Dirty Deeds". The only trick is the make the AMV as violent as possible yet not gory violence. Maybe do the Dick Tracy trick. Anyways back to the editing stuff - Going to WWE Backlash 2004-04-18 01:29:24 Tomorrow morning I take a bus to Edmonton and I will go to see WWE Backlash live, I will be in the 4th row, I will have a sign up so you may notice me if the camera is on me. When ig et back I will try and finish off my next AMV called "Dirty Deeds".
