It has been a really dull day around here. I could almost swear everyone must be back in school except I haven't heard this year's bitch fest about how everyone hates such-and-such class/teacher/classmates ect..
Daughter starts middle school tomorrow <Yay!>. She actually had to go in for a could of hours this morning for orientation even thoug today isn't an 'official' school day.
Laid the last track of my hentai AMV yesterday and tonight will promptly rip it apart and re-do scenes I don't think work as well as I'd originally envisioned. I feel kind of strange. Although the physical work isn't really as hard for me as it used to be, I'm putting an awful lot of thought into this >porno< video. Most of my videos, after laying the last track as quickly as possible are thrown loose without really looking at how the scene holds up in the context of the rest of the video.
Earlier though I did a search of other hentai AMvs and those that have star ratings or opinions are surprisingly low. Most have relativly few hits too. (Excpet for MJ's.)
Why am I busting my chops on this one? -

Hey Sammy...check your defaults. I just made a journal entry and noticed it defaulted to private instead of public message and wasn't listed either. After changing it back, it then showed up in the listings.

Down to the last 15 seconds of my hentai AMV...Nosebleed City her I come! :)
Its been a real pain in the tush today...ripped Maiden for the 3rd time using a different ripper (after trying out 3-4 others before finding one that didn't leave a logo or watermark to nag me to pay for it.) Likewise, tried to find a freeware AVI=BMP converter to break down the frames and try to hide lip flap by masking...gave that up too and will just use a different scene. (Yup, despite what i said earlier. I have run into lip flap problems again.)
Divix also got me to upgrade codecs and tossed in a 'sample' program to convert AVIs to Divix. Took a 650mb uncompressed file down to 13mb and it still looked good. Problem is that it changes the extension to'.divx' and wants to default to its own player instead of Media Player. Oh well. I've got >another< converter that should take it back to an avi and keep the quality too.
