Naru-85: The Ohayocon version

I just finished replacing the original Naru-85 with the remastered version that won at Ohayocon back in January. Better video quality and fixing a particuraly annoying lip flap issue are the key elements of this revision.
IF I decide to go MEP on Journal Heck, I'm trying to figure out how to parody posters without being too cruel. (I've got a song called 'The Dyslexic Slide' that would be too easy to use.) While ASM was hilarious, I'm trying to be somewhat more sensitive to the feelings of others...I want a good-natured parody. Relax for awhile everyone...I'll decide in 2-3 weeks if it can / should be done. -

I'm still stewing on that idea. I had considered turning it into a MEP if I could find 5-10 people that would be willing to do something to their friends. :) Bouncing around in my head was something involving Sammy to a bit ripped from George Carlin's 'Seven Dirty Words' routine. when I think of Dax, for some reason, I 'see' the song 'Feeling Groovy', although that one is still very much open. Sub0, Mr. Panda and I can think of a couple of other regular posters (heh heh) would also be targets. (And if this went MEP, I'd be fair game too. :) ) Tying the music to anime...now thats the hard part.
(And the name 'Journal Hell' was just to get across the concept. I'd probably go with something a little whimsier like Journal 'Heck' or 'Hades'.) -

Had a major breakthrough last night on my latest AMV. Found a good way to show a scene that was bugging me. Now if only I can fix the first 10-15 seconds that I'm not happy with. I'm also contemplating whether or not to make 2 versions of this...a 'clean' version (the one I'm working on) and a seperate 'hentai' version.
Still trying to figure a 'theme' for my next AMV after this one. Either another 'pop' song or an 'in-joke' AMV. (Journal Hell! :) )
Buckeyes and Bengals both won in spectacular fashion. Almost feel sorry for scUM after they got taken by Wisconsin. The Ann Arbor Weasels are looking at a potential 5-6 loss season. -

(And for you youngsters that don't get that reference...back in '79 a nut named Jim Jones convinced his cult followers to kill themselves by drinking poisoned kool-aid. When officials arrived on the scene, they were horrified to find hundreds of bodies everywhere...)
