Cleaned out my hard drive over the past two days. especially thanks to two of my fansubs finally either filling in missing episodes and/or finishing the series*.
Now I've got 30g or so of room to make another AMV or 3. (I've got 3 ideas on the front burner right now.) The tough part is trying to decide which idea to work on first because of trying to work my lesser ideas into being bummped out quickly by my better ideas for the ML contest. One of my projects I've put off for too long is 'PMS' using Love Hina. (The tune is a parody of AC DC's 'TNT') Its a throwaway but I think its good for a couple of chuckles. I didn't want to rush into it though becasue of the sucess of Naru-85...I hate the perception of being a 'one trick pony' who can only make videos to one particular series. I figure I've made enough now that I can crank out another Hina video.
My next project up is 'The Baka Hall of Fame'. I still need to do some more focus work on this concept though. Am I looking at all-time stupid characters or stupid actions? I'm going to put some feelers out in the suggestions forum.
My last project is S-E-C-R-E-T :) But I think it can be my best since Naru. (I will say that the current script calls for NGE footage.) Once again it comes down to deciding if I can either pull off effects (or reasonable subsitutions) with my cheap video program and if my DVD capture works out.
*Another series to add to the 'Happy Ending' column. 'Oku-sama wa Mahou Shoujo' (I married a magic girl), about a 'magic girl' who is nearly 'over the hill'. (Almost an adult.) She is supposed to turn over her powers to a new magic girl but resists because the new girl intends to change the world as she knows it. A lot of plot holes but still enjoyable. The first few episodes are heavy on the fanservice but its almost entirely dropped about 1/3 of the way through the series until the very last episode. - Shinodude 2005-10-31 20:00:50 Condolences on the loss of your rat...I bet you loved him like a brother. I haven't gotten too many comments...none that I consider 'bizzare', but I did get a 'real' opinion from a fangirl (??? o_0) who asked last week if I could possibly make an answer video with boys similar to my 'Girls who like girls'? AMV.
Closest thing I can think of is Tim Wilson's 'Jeff Gordon's Gay' using Speed Racer...I wonder if he ever appeared with his shirt off? o_0

Don't feel too bad, Whiteash. I've already heard variations on 'You wore that last year" at least 3 times today...but its my security uniform. :P
I'm not in a really festive mood at the moment...having computer problems, a medical emergency plus resetting the clocks in most of our security devices has already made this morning much busier than normal. When I've hear the wisecrack above before, I usually tell people I'm dressed as:
1. The movie hero who is working the crappy job before the bad guys take over the building.
2. An extra from the 'Police Acadamy' movies.
3. The guard who gets killed in the movie's first 10 minutes.
