  • Colds finally going away 2006-02-03 13:16:29 Still not perfect, but not totally miserable either. Just in time for our weekend getaway. Wife and I have a jaccuzzi suite booked at a hotel in Cinci for the weekend...a little early Valentines Day getaway. }:>

    Nearly busted a gut laughing last night. Was watching 'Amanedeyo' (sp?) a fansub about a teenage buddist monk in training...along with a bevy of teenage nuns. Said monk gets fantastic power to banish spirits when he gets excited which happens when at least one of the girls drops their clothes every other episode.

    Last night's episode (#8 I beleive) had him teamed up with the youngest of the girls...a spooky middle-school age girl. True to form, they ended up on the short end of a battle with a demon. Said middle-schooler drops trou AND...NOTHING! XD Both the monk and the demon just stand there for a moment or two looking at her but the monk ISN'T getting excited by her. Just a confused moment of silence followed by "Ari?"

    First time I've ever seen anything like that in an ecchi anime.

    Eventually the older girls show up, get stripped, monk gets power, dispells demon, girls beat the shit out of monk, and everyone lives happily ever after.
