But even better...I've got video from our security cameras that have been focused on the action all day even though its been like watching paint dry at times. I'll be pulling the video tomorrow if I have a chance and will edit it a bit to the better parts.

Here at work on a rare weekend. Turned out to be a good thing. (At least for the company.)
We're moving a HUGE victorian mansion off the property today, clearing the way for future expansion. Luckily, rather than tearing it down, a buyer was found who is having it moved about 8-9 blocks. (At this very moment, its trying to make that last turn that will take it near its final destination.)
About a hour ago, I'd heard a report that one of the wheel sets underneath was starting to smoke and almost immediatly we lost all power in the area. (I think the power outage was caused by one of the workers shutting off part of a grid to take down street lights / power lines. Either way, we lost all power for about half an hour and completely scrambled our building systems.)
The chaos that followed was enough to send just about any of my other officers into a catatonic state. Even I was taxed to keep up with the mess of complaints about lack of elevators/lights/power while doing everything possible to contact building engineering to get the systems restored. -
