I'm actually rather surprised how calmly I'm taking this. Wife said she expected me to have a stroke and go on a 3 state killing spree. (Not necessarily in that order.)
Sure, I'm irritated but I guess I'm actually surprised that it took this long before running into this. (Happens fairly often in my area.) neighboor and I are already trying to work out a way to take out the fence the landlord put in a few years ago (Over my objections then.) and install a set of gates to park our cars in the rear of our house. (We share a 'double', two seperate units like apartments in a single house.)
