Sorry Charlie. But things were the reverse for me. I'd start thinking commitment and the girls would start thinking I needed commited.
Me = responsible job + ability to cook and clean + generally take care of my own affairs (not living in my parent's basement)
I just wasn't the 'bad boy' they wanted. (Althoough that didn't stop several from allowing me to have my fantasies of domestic bliss at times. ;) ) -

Turnabout is fair play. If you haven't guessed, I'm on the guy side of things. A few dates and then start trying to find out if I'm dealing with Ms Right or Ms. Right Now and THEY'D start running for the hills.
(My prom date actually hooked up with an old boyfriend and left with him to get knocked up with baby #2. (And I was accused by several teachers of being the father of baby #1 during our Jr. year becasue we were 'such good friends'. We'd been friends since before kindergarten but she made it clear she ONLY liked me as a friend.)
Now closing in on our 10th wedding anniversary. (My wife is NOT the above named 'friend'.) -

One of my earliest QC actually accused ME of ripping off Suber's video, pointing out the 'NERV-ana' joke as a prime example. Even Sammy jumped all over that one (in my favor) when he reviewed Still Preoccupied.
